This Was A Idea I Had Ever Since I Learnt You Can Go Into Older Versions, I Was So Excited Till I Realised It Only Works For Java Edition, I Want A Launcher For All Minecraft Editions, Like For Example, Minecraft PS4 (The First Minecraft Version I Played), You Can Go Into The Legacy Console Edition But Thats Updated Legacy Console, You Cant Go Back To The Versions Older, And For Bedrock, For Example, You Can Go Into The First Version Minecraft switch Edition Was Made, But Not In Alpha Minecraft PE, And In Minecraft PE You Can Go Into Minecraft 0.1.1 Also Featuring Minecraft 0.1.0 That Was Just On The Xperia Play As A Bonus
This likely won't happen on consoles. They have pretty strict rules against "back patching" or uninstalling patches and likely will never allow an official way to go to old versions like this.

Try deleting the patch file in the Xbox storage menu.

I'm not saying it can't be done, just that the console makers won't make it obvious, nor will they let you go to intermediate versions. You either are on the latest version or the version on the disc, no in-between.

But then why allow Java users to? it is unfair that they get to revert to older versions of the game but bedrock edition users cannot, just seems hypocritical if you ask my opinion. There should be content parity between versions so that no player is unequal in what they are given. I know the Java version doesn't use the Xbox Live achievement system but this alone isn't a good justification for forcing updates on people they didn't want or agree with, it isn't necessarily to do with patches btw, sometimes people hated new mobs or biomes that got added, or maybe they want the old versions for nostalgia reasons, but whatever the case may be this is a sandbox game.

I don't think that it's Mojang's choice, the console manufacturers don't want to allow older versions to run because it could be exploited pretty easily. That and I think the java edition was created with more of a community focus whereas the bedrock edition is all business and adding such a feature isn't really worth the development time for the very small number of people who would use it.
