Hello, all. So the other day I discovered a glitch in Hardcore mode that... kind of breaks the game a little. It seems to still be working in the latest snapshot and also appears to be working in all older versions. Here's how you pull it off.
So, first, back up your Hardcore world in case you screw up. (Believe me, I have many times.) Then, on your world, have all the items you want to duplicate in your inventory. After this, you die. Now, do not close the application, spectate or delete your world just yet. Instead, we're gonna get a bit technical and open up your saves folder. (In Windows 10, this is C:, Users, (whichever user you are), AppData, Roaming, .minecraft, saves. I'm sure it's something simular for Windows 7 and 8) Find the name of your world, and copy-paste the folder. You should now have a folder named *hardcore world name - Copy*. Now, hop back into Minecraft and click 'Delete World'. Now, return back to your world selection screen, and select the copy of the world. The name of the world will be the same, but underneath it will read the file name, and it's gonna be the one with ' - Copy' at the end. Select this one and you should spawn close to your death point with your inventory full, and copies of your items will be lying somehwere close!
It should be noted that there may be one or two items that didn't duplicate, but that's okay, you can just try again!
So this is a very, very gamebreaking bug indeed. I kind of want Mojang to patch it, but I also kind of don't. What do you think of this bug? How often will you use it in your hardcore worlds? Do you think it should be patched? Let me know in the comments.

That's all for now, bye!
Seems so obscure because it is singleplayer anyway, might as well be using commands
Yeah, but this is cooler.
