Sorry for bad English.
Pet`s bad is a item 1 block size, which you can place on the ground.
When you activate it, your pet`s AI will perceive as a player instead of you.
So pet will start to hang around it within fixed radius as it normally do around player.
Why do we need this?
Currently adopted pet can act in two scenarios: follow the player, and to seat.
But what if I want it to hag around my base, as normal cat or dog would do?
I don`t want it to follow me, instead I want to come back from far and exhausting trip and to find my cat walking around my farm.
I don`t want it to seat and waiting me at one place. I want it to act more like alive creature emotionally tied to human home.
So you just place it in the center of your base and activate it.
It would be great if cat and dog could play with each other, chasing each other, and do all that cute stuff.
Dog could start barking when player approaches the base (enters certain radius after being absent inside that radius more then a day) and run towards player waiving its tail.
It will bring more atmosphere to Minecraft. Your will appreciate yor comfort shelter even more. That precious felling that someone waiting you at home...
While this is a great concept, I would rather have this introduced as another command similar to sit so that you don't need to craft the pet bed to allow your pet to wander.
