Would this simply be a reskinned iron golem with different loyalties? (If not, how would it differ?)
How would these generate/spawn?
How would they behave? (Towards players as well as other mobs/mob groups.)
What (if anything) would be dropped? …and under what conditions?
Does "wandering around the world or patrolling near illager outposts" indicate two different types? two different behavior sets? can the two types (if present) convert? if so, under what conditions?

i don't think this is needed because we have the ravager and its almost as strong as the iron golem mojang could make ravagers patrol the outpost with ai changes like the iron golem does anyways the illager family is already big
Have a new hostile mob using the same model as the iron golem wandering around the world or patrolling near illager outposts.
