make a logic gate block that basically can be coded with redstone, like monostable block, t-flip flop block, not gate block, an gate block all these blocks would come in handy in big builds.
If you are requesting a series of items that each compress a circuit (eg. NOT gate, T flip-flop) into one block, this would rather break the concept of building things in RS. (It might be interesting as part of a mod that focused on building higher level circuits, but I'd not want to see this in vanilla.)
If you're looking for a block that would create a circuit "at the press of a button", Strusture Blocks (already available in creative) could be used to place various "small" componenerts. [Those that fit in 32x32x32 blocks.]
The difficulty with doing this is that various components often need small adjustments to be able to fit together in a build, something that requires player intervention / tweaking...

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
