Slimeball - How does this become an enchant? I do not see how that makes sense honestly. Put a little more details onto that topic if anything. The slime blocks are not bad but overall fairly useless since most people will just use water or lava for monster traps.
Gold uses - while its agreed by many people that gold needs more uses it is usually here where the enchants come into play, and next time i would recommend having ideas thought out before including them on your post
Netherrack - Netherrack is just as common as dirt/rock in Minecraft why would it be stronger than diamond? It takes a total of 3 diamonds to get unlimited access to the nether and therefore virtually unlimited access to Netherrack.
Obsidian Tools - No, this would be almost as bad as the Netherrack if not worse. Once again it takes 3 diamonds to get enough obsidian to easily make enough tools to fill your inventory and they never break? Just no, it would break the game. Besides if your obsidian tools were added into the game then there would be NO point to Netherrack tolls considering you are actually forced to get obsidian before Netherrack is available.
Traders - Before traders can be added the general use of NPC's would have to be implemented.
"Powerful Sulphur" - Ghasts already drop regular Sulphur to my understanding and they arent THAT hard to kill. Why boost what they drop?
Nuke - The nuke has been mentioned so many times before and its always the same reason that killed it, the reason being balance. Not to mention TNT is powerful enough as is putting it in the same "why boost it" category as your sulphur idea.
TL;DR - Plan the idea out more before posting it, include details as to why the item would be useful and for the love of god take game balance into consideration
You know when you go to all that trouble to find slimes? just to kill them and get a useless slimeball? or when you go digging for gold, find it and the make a cool sword but the it breaks within seconds?
Well this idea is for those kind of players!
Well, generally, these things are more status symbols, aside from slime balls, which DO need a better use.
SLIMEBALL USES:
*Enchantments:
combine a slimeball with a tool and it's enchanted! maybe could last an hour of gameplay before the enchantment runs out.
Define what enchanted means, how it would work, and why it would be balanced.
*Slime blocks: made by filling all the blocks in your player's backpack crafting space. if a animal/monster steps on it they will sink though it. haven't thought of much use for it... traps maybe?
Slime blocks would be a neat trap block.
GOLD USES:
I really dunno... i'll think of some...
They don't really need any. It's a status symbol, not a resource as such. You should also properly form suggestions and use the search bar before posting, just fyi.
NETHERAK USES:
*Netherak tools: stronger than diamond?!
It's so easy to get it would be insane. You don't even need diamond to get to the Nether, and Netherrack isn't even strong.
OBSIDIAN USES:
*Obsidian tools! INVINCIBLE AND DO CRAPLOADS OF DAMAGE!!!
Hugely overbalanced. With a single diamond pick and a lava lake, you could make five sets of these tools if you really wanted to. And imagine the irritation in SMP.
RANDOM STUFF:
*Traders: well they would be exactly what the name calls them... sell you stuff for other stuff or use gold coins.
There needs to be a player-to-player dialoge for trading in SMP, but I don't think we need SSP traders.
*New ghast drop:
drop some form of sulfur that is really powerful which can then be made into nuculer bombs! crafted like this:
where = powerful sulfur
Overpowered, I assume, since you never really specified a range, and just said 'nuclear'.I'd go for another name, since nukes don't fit at all. It'd be hard to collect the GhastPowder, because they're over lava all the time.
I've made edits in red, because I loathe messing around with quotes.
Mostly overpowered or superflous ideas.
due to too many bad comments. it was a bad post anyway
because i rushed it and finished it in less than an hour...
"GOLD TOOLS ARE WEAK, THAT MEANS USELESS!" is the common view...
And the obsidian idea was just stupid. Way to break the game balance.
Incompetence is a plague. I am the cure.
For all your wolf suggestion needs, I present the WOLF MEGATHREAD!

2. netherack tools stronger than diamond? Over my dead body
3.obsidian tools no durability? FAIL
