I have lost count of the amount of worlds I have lost to teleportation loops! This command would be able to save MANY MANY worlds!
it is a gamerule command that disables command blocks from operating.
This can also be used to reduce lag in a world with many command blocks.
EX: I have a world with many command blocks working. I want to build a house but I cant because of lag. "/gamerule disableCommandBlocks true" I can now build my house!
Dont rule this out as a small suggestion! This is a HUGE world saver! I just lost a world I was working on for 3 months now due to a command blocks glitching and teleporting me without any signal. I had it set up so that I would be teleported only if I was holding a stick named "Z+1"

Great suggestion. For now, you can still save those words. Get a server jar, generate a server, replace the world folder with the server folder called "world" and rename it to be world, don't change the config, get in the world, and break the command blocks that messed up. You can't change them, you can only break them with command blocks disabled.

Alternatively, you can just use MCEdit. Simpler and more useful in the long run.
That said, I can see how this would be useful, and it would be fairly simple to implement. It could be abused, but so can any other addition.
