We don't have Double Ender Chests for a reason, they would be way too overpowered. Ender Chests are for emergencies, when you have an item that you just can not lose.
Yes. You do have to explain. A double ender chest would be two enderchests right next to eachother, but I have a few questions.
-Would it use the same checkerboard placement as chests and trapped chests to prevent the possible triple ender chest?
-When opening a regular ender chest when you have a double ender chest with items in both sides, how would it determine which side to open?
-How would this be balanced? As ThePiDay pointed out, it would be way too overpowered. They are for transporting items without having to carry them, so how would an entire chestful not be overpowered?
-If you attempted to balance them, how would you do so? It couldn't be using XP levels to open/take from/store items in a double ender chest. That would get too annoying and XP-consuming.
-Why do you want double ender chests? You can't just say "add them." Give reasons why.
Go into more detail. You can't just expect everybody to love your idea(s) by just saying "Double ender chests." You also have to try spelling things correctly. It's "have" not "haft." And don't even get me started on the lowercase "I."
Until you answer my questions, and not by the bare minimum, but by actually taking time to think about them, I must give it a No support.

If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
I don't think that double Ender chests are necessarily overpowered as long as there are some restrictions; I myself made a mod that adds in double chest sized Ender chests; actually, an entirely new block separate from regular Ender chests so you have a total of 3 regular chests of storage ("double chest" refers to their storage, they are the same size as a regular chest but hold 54 stacks). However, they cannot be picked up with Silk Touch and take longer to mine so using them as backpacks is inconvenient (I placed them in different bases and used them to temporarily store mined resources to effectively increase what I can take back to my main base from 63 stacks (Ender chest + inventory) to 117 stacks). They were crafted by surrounding a normal Ender chest with 8 diamonds (when mined they drop 8 diamonds and 8 obsidian; like normal Ender chests you need to get more Eyes of Ender. Maybe making them only drop the diamonds would be more balanced, then you'd also need 8 more obsidian every time you moved them).
Of course, adding in another double chest might be a bit too much for vanilla; making a double chest with two Ender chests on one side while using a single chest on the other could only show the first 27 slots; you'd need to place two together if you wanted to access all 54 slots, or maybe even make it so you can separately access each half (for example, Ender chests do not use every block state so you could use the remaining states to represent the second half which is crafted differently, sort of like how I hijacked the rendering code to render my own chests when the data value was 8 or more so I wouldn't have to modify more classes to use my own renderer).

#1, Yes it would use checkerboard placement.
#2, The Double ender chest and the regular ender chests are seprate
#3, it would take up 2 full slots in your inventory, because i think of the Double ender chest as a separate block(s).
#4, think of it like this- you open your double ender chest, you take something out, put something, in and open/close, that would cost 1 ender pearl.
#5, my ender chest is usually always full, and i need something bigger because my inventory is always full, so a little extra (backpack) space

This sounds like an inventory management issue; for example, if it is always full because you mine a lot try bringing a crafting table so you can craft resources into blocks - a single stack of blocks is equivalent to 576 resources and a full Ender chest can store 15,552 (in practice about half this due to other items). Even with as many ores as I mine (up to a thousand resources per hour) I can spend 6-8 hours at a time caving before I have to stop due to lack off space, and days before I have to return to my main base with just vanilla Ender chests, storing resources in a normal double chest in the meantime (since I use a minecart system I do not need to carry weapons, food, or tools. I only see my mod's Ender chest as a minor convenience, not something that radically alters the way I play. The backpack mod I used at one time - carrying around the equivalent of four and a half double chests - was certainly another matter; I never bothered building secondary bases when I could spend days at a time caving before I had to stop, or had to smelt iron and gold while caving to make more room).

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?

ok, sorry about that!
