Hello ... Bartin here with another epic Minecraft "suggestion" -__-
Imagine... there's a hypothetical network of enderchests who volunteer to "sacrifice" a certain amount of their storage space to participate in a "cloud storage network" (Hereby known as the EnderStorage Network -__-)... How much EnderStorage they earn scales with how much of their own local storage space they offer to the EnderStorage Network...
For example, if a person gives 10 storage spaces, they'll be entitled to 15 spaces (or something, the numbers themselves aren't important for the sake of the concept :2 the specifics can be left to Mojang's specifics)...
The principle that this hinges on is that most players, especially with the rapid evolution of the "storage room" meta, will never even get close to filling up their ender chest. This means that most players will probably offer more space than they actually will take from the EnderStorage Network -__-...

"interesting..... can you give an example that is easier to understand?"
What do you mean? -__- I gave an example in the "opening post" (OP) of the thread as well as an illustration - both of which are epic... Do your eyes deceive you or is my own self awareness protocol damaged...?
what people want to know is:
what the hell does this MEAN
is it a way to share items between worlds? or something else? and how would this work outside of game e.g. mechanics?
Your use of fluff words and your elaboration of the wrong things makes this difficult to understand. I am going to attempt to repeat your suggestion in simpler words. Tell me if I am correct.
Your suggestion is:
If you opt in to the system, you can merge your enderchest space with others. Downside is anyone takes your stuff, upside is a ridiculous amount of storage space.
It seems this way because there's no other apparent way in your suggestion to access the "EnderStorage" system than via enderchest.
Is this correct? It's honestly hard to tell what you're suggesting.

"use numbers in your example and just make it a little easier to understand."
I do use numbers in my example -__- why do you yearn for the serpent's tongue?
"what the hell does this MEAN"
Are you familiar with the concept of "cloud storage" -the system of digital storage where your digital data is not bound to your physical device? I am borrowing from this concept...
Cloud storage is only accessible from devices with internet access (which is necessary since, as I explained previously, your data isn't tied to your physical device) -__- ... in order to gain access to the EnderStorage Network (which is possibly bound to the realm of Endermen - an epic void), there might have to be a physical device you apply to your Ender Chest (a concept similar to the modern wifi adapter)... this will "connect" your device with the wider EnderStorage Network -__-
Why is this necessary? Ender chests are personal second inventories, why would I sacrifice inventory space of my own so others can use it? Nobody can access the items you store in the EnderStorage Network in the same way you can't open the epic documents in my "Google Drive" account -__-
"If I want other players to be able to use my items, I'd place them in a chest near Spawn."
That isn't the point of the item -__- and even if it was, they could access them without having to travel the possibly long and strenuous journey to spawn - making my idea all the more epic...
"Your use of fluff words and your elaboration of the wrong things makes this difficult to understand."
I'm struggling to derive the informational content of this sentence -__- ... as none of it applies to the "opening post" (OP) of my thread
"Is this correct?"
No X[)))))
"Could you use more basic terms"
The "terms" are already incredibly basic :2
""if a person gives 10 storage spaces, they'll be entitled to 15 spaces"
That's not how math works.
If 50 people donate 10 spaces each, that's 500 spaces in the pool.
But, if they're entitled to 15 spaces each, that's 750 spaces needed."
No offence -__- but my knowledge of math is likely far superior than your own seeing as I address this exact point in the last paragraph of my "opening post" (OP) -__-
"This is too hard to understand, and what I do understand won't really work."
Yet you don't explain the things that won't really work - leading me to believe you don't understand anything :2

"Oh I know, but what if people do use it?
How will that work?"
If your enderchest is full - that is to say, you have no empty slots, then you obviously have no local storage space to sacrifice and as such you can't have access to the EnderStorage Network...
As I explain in the "opening post" (OP) of the thread, the principle hinges on most players not filling up their enderchest and as such offering more space than they would take from the EnderStorage Network -__- ... I believe this principle holds due to the current evolution of the 'end'-game "storage room" meta
"This isn't even cloud storage, this is distributed storage."
The semantics can be argued (perhaps the Endermen dimension acts as the "host" server), but is ultimately unimportant in understanding the concept im putting forth -__-
"Your use of fluff words and your elaboration of the wrong things makes this difficult to understand."
I'm struggling to derive the informational content of this sentence -__- ... as none of it applies to the "opening post" (OP) of my thread

Let me translate what you just said to regular terms so that you understand better.
"I'm struggling to derive the informational content of this sentence."
is equal to
"I don't know what you mean."
or
"I don't understand what you're talking about."
I'm going to say the next few things using words the way you do. Perhaps you'll understand if it's spoken this way.
You always insure that the complexity of your articulations is pushed to the maximal limits. It is clearly unknown if these exaggerated mannerisms are to purposefully exasperate everyone through their attempts to decipher your signification, or if you simply cannot comprehend how to speak laconically. If you need aid in communicating laconically that everyone may grasp the essence of your self-proclaimed "epic" idea, send a Private Message containing the contents of your "suggestion" to a well-known and studious critic of the suggestion forums that they may aid you in insuring the intelligent-but-not-flowery can comprehend your suggestion without the necessity of interpreting your loquacious vocabulary. In fact, send me that Private Message. It would be a marvelous improvement over your current predicament.

"Try me."
Very well, let's see how plastic your grey matter truly is...
suppose we have a set, X, and X is the set of all functions -__- f: N → {0,1}, is X countable? Prove why or why not...
"Let me translate what... your current predicament."
Your first post in my thread said I used "fluff words" -__- and "elaborated on the wrong things" but you never pointed out any examples from my "original post" (OP) that fit this criteria :2
What I'm saying is that if you wish to have a true discourse - then perhaps you should put more effort in - as I am not one to respond needlessly to baseless... "comments" as they tend to reflect the nature of the commentator as well :2 ... merely put -__- while your little "parody" was cute, strive for a higher degree of effort into your "clever" posts or perhaps you will find you're speaking to a mirror -__-
(Forgive the jankily formatted math, not easy to type it on a regular forums)
If we suppose X was countable, then...
f(n) = { 0 if fn(n) = 1
.............................1 if fn(n) = 0
f is not equal to fn, as f differs from fn in the nth position
It cannot be a complete list
With that irrelevant question is out of the way, what's the point in insulting those who comment on your suggestions?
"If your enderchest is full - that is to say, you have no empty slots, then you obviously have no local storage space to sacrifice and as such you can't have access to the EnderStorage Network..."
You're misunderstanding. If people donate 10 slots to the network, and are given 15 back, then are they not just, ultimately, receiving 5 extra slots for free, and nullifying the slots they've donated?

I'm limited in what I'm able to post here without going far off-topic, and I don't necessarily care for an in-depth analysis of the way you write if you've not asked me to do so for your own sake. There's a lot of stuff that falls under what I said, despite being a three-paragraph suggestion. My offer to send me a PM so we can work on that stands. The thing is, you have to accept that you need help first.
In the meantime, based on your elaboration in other replies, I'm going to take a stab at guessing what your suggestion is again.
If you opt to, you can donate your extra ender chest slots to people across a server. Is this correct?
That's a very loaded, opinionated phrase. It's not a reason that people will comprehend or agree with. We can't read your mind to find out why you think it's epic, so you will have to explain your reasoning.

Hello ... Bartin here with another epic Minecraft "suggestion" -__- Imagine... there's a hypothetical network of enderchests who volunteer to "sacrifice" a certain amount of their storage space to participate in a "cloud storage network" (Hereby known as the EnderStorage Network -__-)... How much EnderStorage they earn scales with how much of their own local storage space they offer to the EnderStorage Network... The principle that this hinges on is that most players, especially with the rapid evolution of the "storage room" meta, will never even get close to filling up their ender chest. This means that most players will probably offer more space than they actually will take from the EnderStorage Network -__-...
This could be simplified to this
The EnderStorage Network The EnderStorage Network is a storage space made of slots donated by players. These slots would be donated from a player's enderchest, in return they would earn slots in the EnderStorage Network. The number of slots they earn scales with the number of slots they donate. For example, if a person donates 10 storage spaces, they'll earn 15 spaces (or something, the numbers themselves aren't important for the sake of the concept, the specific numbers can be left to Mojang).
Most players will never even get close to filling up their ender chest, because large storage rooms are common. This means that most players will probably offer more space than they will take from the EnderStorage Network.
It's much easier to read without phrases like "the rapid evolution of the "storage room" meta" or "a hypothetical network of enderchests who volunteer to "sacrifice" a certain amount of their storage space to participate in a "cloud storage network"" and without any emoji. If you still do not believe that your suggestion is difficult to understand, look at these other posts in the thread:
That's 8 users who find your suggestion difficult to understand. I count 11 different users who have posted on this thread(Including you and me), 8/11 is 72.73%, so nearly 3/4 of posters found your idea difficult to understand.

Even if they're entitled to 11 spaces back, that's still 550.

Okay Bartin, to put it simply:
Interesting idea, elaborate. It's your suggestion. Own it. Mojang does everything themselves, make your own idea.
Stop using fluff words. Put the dictionary away, it does not make your posts and suggestions any better and as you can see, people are confused.
Don't pull out a dictionary and use synonyms for your intended word. Grammar is good, but talking normally actually kinda helps. Try it.
One thing i'm surprised about is the fact that you have not used a synonym for epic yet. Truly impressed.
Elaborate on this idea with regular down to earth words. This is Minecraft, a kids game. It's not the first step to ruling the world or something.
If you elaborate and simplify without using the signature Bartin style, I might support.
This is too hard to understand, and what I do understand won't really work. (Edit: jtpech cleared some of it up.)
No support.
Also, please stop with the -__-. It's really hard to look at.

Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.

This isn't even cloud storage, this is distributed storage.
Cloud storage allows users to store their information on a server that a company hosts.

Also, what really is the ultimate point of this? If you feel that Enderchests need more space, then why not suggest for them to have more space?

We're having an honest -__- discussion so please I ask this ill only ask it once and not twice, so please take heed.... leave or stay, that is your god given right...
