Im pretty sure this suggestion was though about b4 and posted about.. I think its a good suggestion tho... Could be bit op.. Can u hold weapons in both hands? If you can what if people take 2 sharp 5 swords and they can ez you...
I don't like that the hands do different damage. If it was just like the Heavy's Fists from TF2. I fully support. Since when you have nothing in your hand right clicking does nothing anyway. Right clicking to interact with stuff should be unchanged though. Would you be able to punch a tree by right clicking?

Full Support! This will add a fair realism to fist combat!
However I suggest you add something. Make it so under the options menu, under controls, you have a 2 choices between being left-handed or right-handed. Right-handed will be default, and left-handed will just be an option if you feel more comfortable with it. Of course, which ever hand you are, that will be your strong hand.
Also make it so more punching results to more exhaustion and hunger.
I have think something similar as this, but i have a hard time thinking about how it would effect other items in your hand.
But as some guy above asked how about interaction button, i think it should be replace with middle click (the roll thingy)
And then we all start breaking all our buttons and levers? Remember when they removed the ability to left click buttons? That threw us all off quite a bit, but it was for the better. The middle click has a lot of usability, even in survival.
I will have to disagree as gameplay would change for people who are used to with a simple one hand being shown.

Yes, you would. However, since the right hand swings slower, but it deals more damage, it would mine it in the same amount of time.

Points for some originality, but this seems like it would be rather wonky. If you can use both fists at once, the two would mostly negate each other because of the brief damage-immunity time mobs and players get when hit.
If the fists can only be used separately, then overall the feature is useless, because balance wise, both fists are perfectly equal to each other, and for that, you might as well just stick to the single right fist, because the other one is just a "Less X, but more Y" thing.

Anyway, I have a cool idea to add to the game.
Basically, this mimics punching in real life to add some more realism to the game. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS NOT ABOUT DUAL-WIELDING.
Here's da facts:
-Use MOUSE2 to punch with your right hand.
-Use MOUSE1 to punch with your left hand
-The right hand does twice as much damage as the left hand, but punches 50% slower.
-The left hand is the same as the right hand is now.
The handedness (fanceh talk for right-handed or left-handed) can be adjusted in the game's Controls settings.
The double-handed interface would look something like this:
Hit that "YEAH, THIS SOUNDS AWESOME!!" button in the pool to show your support!
