Minecraft: Stone = Wire
That means Redstone is Red Wire, Greenstone is Green Wire and Bluestone is Blue Wire.
So, why not call the whole thing as Electricalstone/Electrical Stone?
I'm not saying I'd support this, because I have no idea if myself really need it or not. I'm just passing by to leave my two cents, good luck.
I support this! colored repeaters could also be used to transition from one type to another, so if i was, for example, building a massive minecart system, and happened to run into a different redstone contraption of mine that used different colors for different things, i could use the colored repeaters to change the color of the minecart system wiring so it doesnt conflict with the other machine's wiring. It should be called dyed conduit stone or something electrical like that... then again, it should just stay as redstone. More familiar to players that way. Sure, it would be kindof silly looking, like "blue dyed redstone" in your inventory, but who cares? minecraft is full of odd names for things.

Couldn't care less about your "comebacks", this is redundant.
I mean at least other suggestions it takes a while to get a similar post no matter how redundant.
As if that backs up your point.
First of all, provide a link.
Second off all, if a thread is a month dead, you can re post it.
At this point, I'd like to announce that you have reached your nice quota with me, and you, your life, what you do, what you respect, your values, your thoughts between what is mortally expectable, has now been demolished, and is irrelevant to the point of non existence. Have a good day!

My Avatar is a Dalek, therefor your argument is... EXTERMINATED!!!
You know who can tell me something I already know? Me. All the time. I'm really good at telling me stuff I already know. I don't need help in that department. I don't know about others, but I can't imagine I'm alone here.
Clearly someone doesn't use redstone very often. This kind of thing would seriously help compact redstone devices, cut down on costs, and even make them more effective. I can already see many uses in further improving the efficiency in many automated farms.
I only use redstone. Follow my posts. Don't post things you don't know. And oh yeah, PEOPLE USE WOOL TO KEEP TRACK OF THINGS! Sorry. I got kinda mad.
Not sure why you'd need three different colors of stone though. All you'd need is just two by alternating them when running them side by side. Unless you want to color code your inputs/outputs, I guess, but then you could just lay the "wirestone dust" on different types of blocks to label your inputs/outputs that way.
Further, 1rather than add in a new kind of dusty ore to the game we could just make it a secondary use of Emeralds. Craft an emerald with 7 redstone dust around it to make 7 greenstone dust.
This would also qualify for Blue/green repeaters/comparaters/redstone torches.
I don't like this though, there's no point for this other than aesthetics, just allow greenstone to connect the traditional redstone devices but not redstone dust itself.
I think I know what the TS is thinking, electrical wires.

The signature don't have enough space!!!
Good point...
You want these emeralds? Too bad! These are MY emeralds!
I don't care if you have a egg or dragon in your signature. I'm not gonna click it.
