Color lining is an effect that be given to specific Mobs, Players and items. In Definition when a Mob is given Armour with a coloration that mob is given a Lining. Only Creative mode players can give Colored Lining to a Mob. That includes even if you have a colored Armour and a zombie picks it up it will not be lined. When a Mob is Lined and a player wears armor of the same color they are Completely passive to them. this also goes for Mobs that are hostile to each other. Two examples are a blue Lined Iron golem is Passive to a Blue lined zombie, and a green lined zombie is passive to a green lined villager. NOTE. This is a Creative feature, that Only with creative mode help can be interesting for survival
Now with that in effect armor other then leather cant be colored, rather then can get color tipped [To make more sense really]. It can be dyed and the Armour gets colored tips when worn. The effects of this cant really be seen in vanilla survival as there is No way to line a mob, How ever on many custom maps it can make some very interesting game play due to the effects on lining i will list below.
Color Lining Effects
-A Lined Mob if not normally passive will come to the aid of ANY other mob or player of the same lining if they are attacked. This Obviously has a set range and they would lose interest if the attacker is out of range.
-A new (Diamond) Hoe Exclusive enchant Called "Pierce N Pry" will make Pvp and Social mops much more interesting. Pry when attacking a mob with Armour will yield extra Damage to armored foes. Also right Clicking on something that is Lined yields a chance to remove their lining depending on the enchantment level and the type of Armour. [Specific details will be listen Below]
-Different Colored Lined Mobs if aggressive will attack a mob of other lining's. Examples include a Blue Lined skeleton and a green lined skeleton are aggressive to each other. If you need another example i can provide one.
-If in the same Color lining a player and lead any mob that is in the same lining.
-Lined mobs CAN be aggressive to other Non Lined mobs or players.
-Lined villagers will only sell to players of the same lining.
Pierce N Pry
Goes up to Level 3. On level 3 a Diamond Hoe yields 3 Hearts of damage on a Armored Foe, This enchantment ignores protection. Level 2 Does 2.5 Hearts of Damage and level 1 does 2 Hearts of damage.
Pry does the same amount of "Prying?" on each level. I want to note that every prying attempt takes durability and depending on the Armour it takes more. and The Armour chances are.

Lining: The Giving of a Color Armour Piece to make it change in AI depending on the Mob.
Pierce N Pry: A diamond Hoe exclusive enchantment that allows the user to potentially Take color lined Armour Off mobs ONLY [If it was allowed to use on player that would be ridiculous]. It also allows for extra damage on armored foes. [Not enough to be OP]
In conclusion this could potentially change Faction servers as well as parts of common pvp. It has useability with those who wish to have guards for villages, protect livestock, Or Even... Lead Creepers of the same lining to opposing factions...
