I feel that there needs to be more threat when entering caves. There should be bandits in caves, they have a hideout that can be hard to locate. They should commonly be seen in leather armor and swords ranging from 3-4.5 Hit points. They can rob villagers and will be attacked from iron golems. Hostile mobs will not attack them (Wither Will). This should be in the game to make a larger threat. In their hideout they should have a chest of content including Coal, Emerald (Rare), Gold, Horse Armor, Iron, Diamonds (?). Bandits will not spawn on Peaceful, Easy. They should be the height of normal player and should have an amount of chests from 3-5 with up to three rooms. There house will naturally in caves at the same level (x) as the common mineshaft.
This idea doesent seem to to bad. Maybe the bandits should be a differnet species like little goblins or something. If the loot is gonna be that good maybe the loot can be nerfed or make the hideouts rarer. Partial support

This is pretty vague, and sounds like a very bad stupid idea.
