I noticed this a while back when making my "Vampire" mobs. I made a quick command block fix for it.
First run these commands in chat:
/scoreboard objectives add startFire dummy
/scoreboard objectives add catchFire dummy
Then put these on a /fill clock:
/scoreboard players set @e[type=Zombie] startFire 1 {Fire:0s,IsBaby:1b}
/scoreboard players set @e[type=Zombie] startFire 1 {Fire:-1s,IsBaby:1b}
/scoreboard players set @e[type=Zombie] catchFire 0
/stats entity @e[type=Zombie,score_startFire_min=1] set SuccessCount @e[r=0,type=Zombie,c=1] catchFire
In this one, you need to change the "518 ~1.5 83" to some coords near the command block running it, it doesn't at all matter where it is or what is there. (Keep the ~1.5 as is)
No support, they're already way too easy to deal with. They remind me of the midgets from Borderlands - small and reckless, and not burning up in the sun fits that image since they just don't care. Now that I'm thinking about it I'd rather them burn but take no fire damage...flaming baby zombies please.

I think that they pretty much are an elite zombie, and besides that's kinda good in my opinion because i think that the vanilla mobs are too easy anyway... Which is why I like these better because they're a tad bit harder. #OneOfTheReasonsIPlayMyMinecraftModded #ILikeModsTheyreCool #ModsModsModsCheckOutMyNonExcistingYoutubeChannel(AsOf3/6/2015) #NoSupportYouJustGotPwned

Support! Baby zombies are soooo annoying... They run like the wind have a small hitbox, and have 20 hp. Let them BURN! Plus, also give them 12 hp or anything lower than 18.
And? Gameplay is more important than fanon.
Apart from that, it doesn't make any sense for baby zombies to be MORE powerful than their fully-grown brethen. If anyhting, they should be slower, deal less damage, and have less health.
well, yeah. it doesn't make sense. But hey, there are smaller creatures that are sometimes stronger than their predecessor.
Take for example,The Yian Garuga in Monster Hunter.
Smaller ears, smaller creature, better in every way.
Those of you who don't agree that baby zombies are OP need to do this:
Start a new world with cheats on.
Give yourself a stone sword and nothing else, like you were playing early game.
Spawn two baby zombies, try to deal with them. <<This is the only part you needed cheats for, don't use it for anything else.
Then do the same thing with two adult zombies.
Now, what was easier?
I can handle a whole hoard of regular adult zombies with just a sword. Baby zombies? Two of them in the early game is instant death. In hard mode, one of them can be, and I'm an experienced player. I yawn at spawners and creepers outside of hard mode. Additionally, they are no longer as rare of a spawn as they used to be. I'm seeing these things on an hourly basis in normal survival mode, and MULTIPLE BABY ZOMBIES NIGHTLY IN HARD MODE. Finally, there are now zombies with armor. We do no need these obnoxious things not to burn in the sunlight for additional challenge. Daytime is supposed to be a relatively safe time to play on the surface. Now you might get triple hit by a baby zombie (with knockback) before you can even figure out where you're being hit from.
Fanon should NEVER be taken into account for game updates, especially a game which changes so drastically and regularly.
I probably wouldn't have supported this in 2014, but their spawn rate has been dramatically increased, so I do now. They have become a severe nuissance on one of the servers I play. I live in a forest, and I can't even leave my damn house at night, and am having problems getting out in the day, too. That's WITH the moblimiter mod on, and restarts every two hours to enforce said mob limit.
I'd also be in support of halving their damage and HP. They're babies. Something that's barely up to my thigh shouldn't be able to kill me that easily, even unarmored.
can you rephrase that?
Use the Ring Luke, he who controls the Ring controls the raptors~ Dumbledore

Oh and this suggestion has my full support!
Edit: Omg... Editing a post with code blocks is sooooo annoying....
https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-3115
"Working as intended."
It's awful, most people don't like it.
Creepers are already annoying enough but at least drop gunpowder 12 XP doesn't make this nuisance worth it.
I make textures and stuff.
Current maintainer of the 3x texture pack.
Abandonware artist of Manely Little Horses.
But they are zombies
Check out Mineplex, it's a very
popularcrappy server.I'm stuck at home , yay!
Oi, do you want to change the world? Yup
Then get off your bottom and see how many things you can do to help the environment.
You can use my code from my previous post here:
Just change it to this for them to take no damage but appear on fire (Doesn't require fire res):

Goodbye.

Babies burning in sunlight doesn't add lore. it lessens it,in fact.
A lot of theories have been made due to why babies don't burn.
removing that feature will destroy these theories.
there's one that goes; Baby zombies aren't fully undead. They are still part human, freshly infected.
The disease is too weak to turn them into full zombies, but strong enough to infect them.
This is the reason why we don't see baby skeletons, because skeletons are zombies
who existed too long, their skin decayed.
So yeah,Babies shouldn't be nerfed,instead,make them stronger.

hmm...I guess
2016 and I still SUPPORT this.
A zombie is a zombie, period.
