I suggest that you download Amidst v4.4-Beta 1, run it, select a VANILLA profile for the PCMC version you prefer,
and start hitting Ctrl-R. (the link is in my signature)
That will cause Amidst to display the biome maps of random seeds.
Hint: Place Amidst in it's own folder and create an empty file in that folder named "history.txt".
When Amidst starts up it will detect that file and from then on will create a log of every seed that it displays.
That way, if you hit Ctrl-R too quickly you can find out what the seed was of the previous map and redisplay it.
Ctrl-H gives you the seed input dialog.
I use Notepad++ as my default text editor as it will update itself if Amidst adds a line to history.txt while it is open in a Notepad++ tab.
Performance note: If you are looking for a specific biome at spawn for a 1.13.2 and above world, I suggest that you run Amidst with a VANILLA 1.12.2 profile to search (the world maps will be displayed about 3 times faster than with later releases). Once you find a world that seems to fit your needs hit Ctrl-C to copy the seed to your clipboard and switch profiles to a VANILLA copy of your desired release and use Ctrl-N Ctrl-V to enter that seed back into Amidst and display the desired map.
BTW: It is possible to have multiple instances of Amidst running at the same time. I currently have one for 1.12.2 and another for 1.13.2, 1.14.4, or 1.15 running.
That way I can search random seeds quickly with 1.12.2 and if I see an interesting one copy and paste the seed into the much slower 1.13.2 / 1.14.4/ 1.15 instance.

This description fits a world of mine that I started playing with Minecraft 1.12. (seed -4380623730000839030). Spawn was at -210.7 64 263.5 in a large plains biome and right around the corner of a hill to the north there is a small village on the bank of a river. On the other side of the river there is a desert biome similar to your screenshot. I built a railroad station in that village that took me over a bridge and all the way across the desert to the next village. I loved that world. I built my base at spawn, roamed far and wide and built many outposts. I kept upgrading this world and I do have a 1.15 version I visit every once and a while for old time's sake.
When I created a new game using this seed in 1.15, I spawned at -28.500 62 -231.500 within walking distance of the old spawn point in a small plains biome next to swampland. Coincidentally there is yet another village (a desert one) within sight of spawn on the bank of a river across from the same desert biome. You can easily spawn here, kill sheep wandering around near spawn to make a bed, then take a quick jaunt across the desert in a south-south westerly direction until you spy the other village on the shore of another river branch and on the edge of the large plains biome.
One reason I love this seed is because there are sheep and livestock everywhere when you spawn and a village within sight (whether you spawn at the old spawn point or the new spawn point). There is a huge (really huge!) jungle biome nearby to the west, and a badlands biome to the north.
I am even thinking of starting a new 1.15 world using this seed again. I love my old world, but all the villages I have discovered are in the old format, and I like the new villages.
Here's an awesome all biome seed I found that I am not playing for my survival world - 3 blacksmiths at one of the close villages. Exposed ocean ruins with great loot near another village.
Couple screenshots of the world... There's lots of good loot and being all biome within 2000 blocks, its got everything! Bamboo is just a bit beyond 2000 on an island to the west.
Good day. I am looking for a seed which has a desert biome, next to a flat river which connects to a plains biome, soemthing similar to this.
