From a user perspective, the latest Amidst beta seems to work well with MC 1.15.
I started a new 1.15 game yesterday and downloaded Amidst amidst-v4-4-beta1 which supports MC 1.15. It worked just as Amidst always has - at least I noticed no difference and experienced no issues.
I created a new game with the same exact seed in MC 1.14.4 and generated a map with Amidst amidst-v4-3. At first glance the maps for 1.14 and 1.15 seem to be identical. Seed: 8097226941291192675
At first I thought I was lucky with this particular seed because I spawned in a badlands biome, which is rare, but the nearest jungle appears to be over 10,000 blocks away, and since bamboo has become my favorite block I won't be keeping this world.
Amidst v4.4-Beta1 is available for download and is 1.15 compatible the link is in my signature.
The problem of too many abandoned mine false positives the cropped up in 1.13 has yet to be researched and resolved.

How do you get Amidst to recognize that you have 1.15 installed? I am using MultiMC and only have 1.15 installed and all Amidst says it sees is 1.13.2 whenever I run it. Im using Amidst 4.4.1

Obviously MultiMC isn't using the launcher_profiles.json file in .minecraft that the standard launcher uses and is what is read by Amidst.
Where does MultiMC place downloaded MC versions?
If it uses .minecraft\versions\ then either add an entry to launcher_profiles.json or just open the normal launcher and create a profile for 1.15.1 and run it once to get the 1.15.1 .jar loaded where Amidst expects to find it.

What's the latest on Amidst and 1.15? Any issues? I'm currently playing 1.14 and using Amidst 4.3(1).
Do 1.15 maps render similarly to 1.14 maps, (will 1.14 seeds 'work' in 1.15 or will they render entirely different maps?)
Thanks!

as far as my testing shows, 1.14 engine will properly calculate structures for 1.15.
Trying to run Amidst on 1.15 will give you fatal errors, as it apparently isn't updated yet, but using 1.14 will give you same results. Try it out.

I found this world initially under 1.13, but Amidst 4.4.1 shows the world looking more or less the same under 1.15.

Thank you, that seed looks great!
Read this: https://github.com/toolbox4minecraft/amidst/wiki/Command-Line-Interface
Try different command line options to point at the correct .jar.
Make .bat files for different Releases.
Where does MultiMC place downloaded MC versions?

Good luck.
EDIT: You could also start and Issue here, https://github.com/toolbox4minecraft/amidst/issues, asking how to interface MultiMC and Amidst.
