This topic inspired me to try common words as seeds.
For the latest xbox 360 update I used the seed: amber
It had 2 villages and a great mine shafts to explore.
The best seed so far tho has been seed:
yellow
Holy cow! It has FIVE villages, four which have blacksmith shops.
Marsh, hills, plains, ocean, snow, deserts, forests, several dense forests, tundra, a desert quarry, a massive underground chamber, 2 ravines, a small stronghold with 3 chests, and rivers that snake through the biodomes.
Tried out the seed "MinecraftDuo4006" (numerical seed, -1299527117) and I gotta say...I'm quite disappointed.
I decided to look around for structures anyway, and after flying around with some maps (yeah, I use the oldschool stuff. You think you're all fancy with your Amidst stuff but I do things the classic way 'round here.), I found 2 ocean monuments, 2 villages, and a desert temple.
I guess there's no point in adding another picture, huh? But I might as well anyway.
Hey milk! That's just an image from the internet! HAHA
It's true. OP's image is just an image from a 1.8 seed generator from planetminecraft. Just google "minecraft world seeds maps 1.8" and its the first result.
EDIT: Just realized this thread is almost three years old. ;/
This is what "TheMasterCaver" gives you in the latest (release) version of my namesake mod:
Here are renderings of what I explored, which was from spawn to an ocean to the east, at around 1700 blocks away, and a bit in other directions:
Minutor (these are all 1:1 maps, 2944x1760 pixels/blocks, which can be clicked to view full-size):
Unmined, which shows differences in elevation better:
Underground:
Here are screenshots of various biomes and terrain:
Spawn was in a Winter Taiga, my mod's name for what was Taiga in 1.6.4 (1.7 made it snowlesss while adding a new "cold" variant; my mod did the opposite, which IMO is what they should have done in 1.7 so existing taigas were left intact). Also, notice that the ground below trees is covered with snow, which is placed on both leaves and the ground below during world generation:
I did not have to travel far to find a biome with a very different temperature; a narrow strip of Mountainous Desert lies to the south of the Winter Taiga I spawned in, with a Bushlands beyond it:
Next to the desert were Savanna Mountains, with the highest peak reaching y=170:
To the east of spawn I came across a Mega Taiga, with another desert visible in the distance:
Past the desert I found a Winter Forest with some interesting formations:
A TMCW Mega Taiga biome, which has 3x3 spruce trees and is my version of Mega Taiga and was added before I added the "vanilla" versions:
Beyond that I found some Extreme Hills with peaks well exceeding cloud level (I turned them off for visibility):
Adjacent to that was a Rocky Mountains biome, with stone and andesite covered mountains with snow-capped peaks and a transition to coarse dirt, then grass and trees in the lower elevations:
Finally, I reached ocean at around x = 1700, with this Beta-like beach, which is representative of beaches in TMCW:
I found something interesting below the beach (caves cannot cut through the surface of beaches):
This was around the ravine I mention below; a Tropical Swamp with a Mega Tree Plains, with trees that can get 64 blocks tall, and its Spruce Hills sub-biome:
A Flower Forest next to a Jungle:
Which has an Ice Plains with a massive mountain nearby:
A Big Oak Forest, which I originally added as a memorial to the removal of big oak trees in 1.7 since Mojang was too lazy to actually fix them (I added extra logs so they do undergo leaf decay). Some of the trees have 2x2 trunks, which is an unused variant within the vanilla code:
These were the largest cave and ravine that I found within 1024 blocks of the origin; the cave has a volume of around 350,000 while the ravine is around 250,000:
This was taken on Normal render distance (most of the other screenshots were on 12 chunks):
Notice the ceiling, which is below an ocean; the mixture of sandstone and stone is the bottom side of underwater sand and gravel patches, which prevents them from collapsing into caves (I for one am not a fan of the underwater caves in 1.13; caves flooding due to collapsing sand/gravel is one of the reasons why I don't like exploring under oceans, now they make it worse with caves filled with water source blocks which can't be easily removed)
(I've previously showed what you get in 1.6.4 and 1.7+)
So I gave this a shot and here's what I got on 1.12.2
First off, what is with this game and spawning me on top of trees? like the last 3 new worlds across both Java and 3DS editions have spawned me on top of a tree
...but anyway on to business
Here are some overhanging/floating terrain near spawn, to north
last 2 are different parts of the same structure
Some of the surrounding area, facing south
Uh oh...
Overhead with a light set in the spawn area on left, nearby village on right, south of spawn
...and that's it for the amount i decided to look around at for now
What did you use as a seed? "Techsol" certainly doesn't produce the world shown.
If you don't want to publish your real name post the numeric seed that Minecraft used produced from the text you entered.
Just type in "/seed" while in that world and CAREFULLY copy down the resulting number.

I have now generated this world a total of 3 times. For me Techsol is converted to the numeric seed 227083034 and i spawn somewhere in the vicinity of X = -92 Z = 237
It tried "Cryptopian" (numeric 1901639) and got a desert island with most biomes except mushroom island pretty close by.
In the screen shots below, I put a white wool tower at my spawn point for reference. The first screenshot is looking south-east, and the second is looking north-west. It's not too easy to spot in the screenshots, but there's an ocean monument right off the SE end of the island. As a survival island it lacks trees, but a quick swim to one of the island to the NW would serve to bring back some wood and saplings.

SURPRISE!!!!
Oh great, now I have to get a new computer.
I used my username 7367Network
what resource pack is that? i want it
Nope. It's the Veteran pack by xAcidMystx
It's been 6 years since I last did this.
...and this thread is the latest topic when it comes to "Username" (searched term) seeds So, I decided to do it with 1.12.2 and this is what I got:

And it's the newest "Username as a seed" thread. (There are like three of them.) Which is why I decided to bring it back from the dead.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
So this is all I really have on mine. I set my render distance to 48. I was only getting 10 FPS, so you better enjoy this!

It's true, yes, Techsol does have that stuff in it:
