I thought I would share this seed since it is nearly identical in both versions (1.7.2 & 1.8) at spawn. It is a lovely Jungle Island with land in striking distance.

Pictures from 1.7.2 version. I didn't travel far in 1.8 since spawn was almost identical. The seed number was inserted and allow to generate in 1.8 not recreated since versions are completely separate paths.
Here's the map of the seed "531624007" in PCMCv1.8.8.
It'll be the same for all versions PCMCv1.7.2 and later except for the Ocean Monuments existing in 1.8 or later.
