impulse unconditional needs redstone ( button ):

chain uncondional always active:
execute as @p[nbt={Inventory:[{id:"minecraft:cobblestone",Count:64..}]}] run scoreboard players add @p money 50
chain uncondional always active2:
execute as @p[nbt={Inventory:[{id:"minecraft:cobblestone",Count:64..}]}] run clear @p minecraft:cobblestone 64
these are the codes for a reason it wont work...

This forum has somewhat of a workaround for inline code formatting, but it still uses BBCode, which kinda sucks.
