Okay. That's a roller coaster of a title. It was meant to grab your attention so you can understand just how amazingly perfect this idea is.
Me and my siblings are starting a religion. In Minecraft. For a green sheep and a Chicken. Bmal and T'Fil respectively.
Here's what I need if it's at all possible, and unfortunately because I am utterly lost with command blocks I hope so badly that someone can help me with this project.
For Bmal (The Green Sheep, God of Life and Fertility)
If you kill this specific green sheep, then all players get the wither effect until they die; indefinitely.
He will be free roaming so if possible it would be cool if it's tethered to one sheep.
For T'Fil (The Chicken, God of Death)
He is a free roaming chicken, since you cannot change the chickens appearance we just live in fear.
If it could be a randomized chicken, so, every tick the targeted chicken changes to a different targeted chicken, therefore we are never safe, that's cool.
If it's possible this would literally be my peak in life. I will never do anything better.

Thank you!
First: Awesome idea!
A few questions:
Do the players get the whithered effect until they die, or forever?
Do all players get the effect or just the ones that are online when they die?
Does a new sheep become Bmal when the old one dies?
Does T'Fil get any effects?
This is for Java, only saw just now that it's for bedrock. Sorry. Most parts should still work.
