So my plan is for a Minecraft lets play. Every time I get hurt, I would have electrodes up my arms to zap me. I have no idea about command blocks but I thought this would be the best place to start.
I need a command block to register every time I take damage and externally output say a file or a trigger to the computer, which in turn I can use to control a USB relay to then electrocute myself. Thanks!
P.S if you're good with electronics, id love to hear suggestions. I was either thinking a tense machine or a high voltage pulse generator hooked up to a computer-controlled relay.

Good start, but wrong direction.
Command blocks, at max, can only communicate outside Minecraft by opening a URL. That's all.
If you want the Minecraft system to send actual signals to your computer, that's a Mod's job. Yes, you have to use mods to zap yourself. Command blocks aren't good enough to do it.
