Thank you very much for help, but I'm so dumb at commands and I have to know what command blocks I have to exactly make and what commands give to it. So if player is clicking start it does ", courier, monospace">/scoreboard players reset counter count. And I have to do ", courier, monospace">/scoreboard objectives add count dummy one time just to create scoreboard. But what about that other two commands and for example 3 commands I want to do when player wins?
Are chain command blocks have to be conditional? Let's say I make something like when player wins it teleport for all players and tellraw who won. How command blocks should looks like and what commands should be in it?
Sorry for so much questions, I don't know anything about chain command blocks, execute, scoreboards etc. + English isn't my main language.
I plugged that coding into command blocks, but they don't seem to be doing anything. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to start it using a button or something, but there's no scoreboard on my screen anywhere.
I'm trying to make a Battle Royale type game, I want the scoreboard to show how many players are still alive. And when someone dies, the number decreases by 1. But I obviously don't want it to go back up when they respawn.
You wouldn't have any idea of how to do it on Bedrock, would you?
Last time I checked, Bedrock edition looked like it was using the old command syntax (from Java 1.12) so I will try to convert all the commands to the old syntax. Here are some I've managed to convert:
Hi! I'm making minigame on server and I have to make last player alive checking system. For example:
- They are x people in game
- x-1 dies
- Last player is winning the game and few commands are turning on.
Number of players ISN'T always same number. Once it's 2 people, once four.
I hope someone will tell me how to do, I'm not the best at command blocks so please say it as for command block noob 😂
Sorry for my horrible grammar btw. English isn't my main language
Regards
Edit: Just information that's 1.13.2!!!
Make a scoreboard objective to store the number of players:
You can count how many players there are by doing this:
now the fake player "counter" will contain the total number of players with the tag "inGame"
now your command that will execute the other commands:
and then reset:
the counting part (command #2) and the reset part (command #4) should run in a loop and the testing command should be in the middle of them.
you know how to make a command block chain right? repeating > chain > chain, the thick one is your testing command.
Command block engineer // Developer // #TeamTrees
Oh... I think I'm starting to get it. But how to remove player "inGame" tag when he/she dies?
Nevermind, I did everything. Thank you very much for help!
Hey,
I'm fairly new to command block programming. I know how to use commands, but I don't know how command blocks work.
I'm trying to make this "last player alive wins" system. But I don't know how or where to place the command blocks.
Could you possibly post a picture showing how to loop/chain them, and which command goes in which block?
Loops and chains in command blocks are something I don't understand.
Thanks.
The first command is run only once in your chat. The other three commands go into theses command block (see screenshot) in order from left to right.
you can open the command block GUI to edit the command block settings. These are the setting for each of them I used:
1. repeating, unconditional, always active
2. chain, unconditional, always active
3. chain, conditional, always active
Command block engineer // Developer // #TeamTrees
Thanks for the help!
I plugged that coding into command blocks, but they don't seem to be doing anything. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to start it using a button or something, but there's no scoreboard on my screen anywhere.
I'm also getting these syntax errors.
These commands are for Java edition 1.13+
Command block engineer // Developer // #TeamTrees

the only commands which needed re-writing were the seconds and the third command. Also, I'm not sure what the 1.12 equivalent of the third command is.
Command block engineer // Developer // #TeamTrees
Okay, thanks anyways
