i need help summoning a baby villager that doesnt move. ive successfully summoned adult villagers using this code

but cant seem to get the baby villager to work using this code
/summon Villager ~ ~1 ~ {Profession:6156,CustomName:Snackbox,CustomNameVisible:0,Age:-9999999,PersistenceRequired:1,NoAI:1,Invulnerable:1,Attributes:{Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Base:"0f"}}
everything else in the code works except he wont stop walking around. Im using 1.7.10
To summon a Baby villager,
use the tag {IsBaby:1}
using that tag will summon a baby that will grow up, using the age tag with a negative number will prevent that baby from growing up
besides summoning a baby villager isnt my problem. i cant get him to not move unlike the adult i summoned
I don't even know they'll grow up-,-
Whatever, if you want them not to move,
you only need to correct an error in your command.
Attributes:{Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Base:"0f"} is wrong.
Attributes:[{Name:"generic.movementSpeed",Base:"0f"}] is right.(I think...)
Besides, why 1.7.10???
Is NoAI in 1.7.10?
1.7.10 is the version im using in my modded world. the NoAi command seems to work with adult villagers in 1.7.10

you need the square brackets plus you need to state the age in order to prevent the baby from growing up
