Would you be able to detect a players name and then put it in a tellraw command I want it so If you activate the tellraw command it will say your name. Is it possible to do that in minecraft?
You need to use the "selector" tag to display a name from a selector (replaces 'text' and related):
/tellraw @a {selector:"@p"}

Yes, just put any selector as the value and it will be parsed:
/tellraw @a {selector:"@e[r=50]"}
