All right, custom potions are working well to the best of my ability. Just found out items don't like being put on top of cauldrons, so I've tweaked it so the ingredients only have to be really, really close to the cauldron. And close together.

Ugh, I don't even. Working out bugs I didn't know existed. Sorry this is late, first stable download should be up by this weekend if not sooner. Individualizing EACH and EVERY scoreboard for the next release will be such fun! (not) Anyway, I do know that the RuneTraps vmod and the SRV vmod will be compatible with this. They don't use many scoreboards at all. I do, and mine have generic names (i.e., ClayMined and ChickenKills), so the names might overlap with other vmods. I'm planning on adding the identifier prefix "ts" (tsClayMined, tsChickenKills) to individualize and make sure that the overlap doesn't happen.
Also, I might be making another, smaller vmod that makes undead-fighting harder. Unrelated, sort-of-related news FTW.
I really hope I get a larger target audience once this is up for download. How many people are awaiting this now? Eight?

97% of teenagers would cry if they saw Justin Bieber on top of a tower about to jump. If your the 3% who is sitting there with popcorn screaming "DO A BACKFLIP", copy and paste this as your signature.
You know what, screw it. Version 1.0.0 is being released with only 3 custom potions and I don't care who rages about it.
Edit: Probably no one.
Planned features for 1.1.0:
-Sandstorms!
-Zombie sieges
-Lots and lots of custom pots! (potions)
-Finish potion generators
-Make the nether a bit harder than I've already made it
Welp, there we go. Weeks of work entirely down the drain. 2GB of an 8GB computer, lowest settings, and no other programs open. I've tried it all, yet no power can overcome the power of THE MIGHTY 1.8 ENTITY LAG! Hopefully you guys can figure out a way to make this work without lowering TPS to like, freaking 0. True Survivalism is currently unplayable. Thanks for being along for the ride with me, guys, and I hope you aren't too mad at me.
I'm never making a vmod again.

Limit the clocks. Not all of them need to be command-block clocks, and some can just be redstone sets (repeater lines). Maybe you could even make stuff toggle-able. Stuff like saplings doesn't need to occur every tick- maybe you could make it be random. Don't give up now. Work around the lag- find ways you can simplify things or reduce something. The real reason you are lagging isn't because of entities- it's probably because all of your clocks are running at once, even when they don't all need to be. Test for these events in a big clock- if they can't even happen, you shouldn't have a clock ticking for it.
If you give up now, then yeah your work probably is wasted. but if you focus on making things more efficient, instead of adding new features, the TPS should be fine!

/testfor has delays, way too many. I'll try for your idea sometime, but it probably won't work.
Meanwhile, I just accidentally deleted the world I made this vmod in, so that's a thing.

Hm... Interesting concept. I may check it out some time. Also, specify on this particular bug you speak of? I haven't heard of it. Although I may have encountered it myself...
I've added some comments myself specifying the causes and effects of the bug. If you could confirm the bug, that'd be great, because the mods are just ignoring it now.

True. I'll probably also make a side-along tweaks vmod. It'll be optional and make this even harder.

Just search "entity lag" in the bugtracker, the issue is named "Entity lag".
Also, if you do so, please confirm this bug. The mods there have written it off as some single-person problem.

All right, I will try to fix it, but as of now I'm taking a small hiatus. Thank you all.
