Do /kill @e[type=ArmorStand,r=5] and that should fix your problem.
But, you can also just as easily do "/kill @e[type=ArmorStand,r=2], r being the radius of the /kill @e. Another way to get rid of the armor stand is to do the /entitydata command and then you can just punch the armor stand and it will disapear

A signature is supposed to be a signature, does this count?
