I am trying to make a game where if the blue team steps on a pressure plate, the command block under it will say that person's usename. I already know how to make a command block say someone's username, but I only want it to work for the blue team. Is this possible? And if so, how?
This is very easily possible. /testfor @p[r=3,team=#TEAMNAME#]
put that /\/\ in a command block under the pressure plate. Then put a comparator facing away from it and put a command block next to the comparator with /say @p[r=3,team=#TEAMNAME#]

I tried this, but it only works one time and then it stops working. Is there a way to make it work infinitely?

You will have to slightly modify how the signal is sent:
However, the /testfor in this case is useless as the parameters are already present in the /say command. The /say won't function if a player selector exists within it and no players are found. So all you need is the single command block with your /say command.

It worked! Thanks!
