Hello, I am making a map where the player is can play quick mini games to win items and stuff and right now I need one more mini game but I ran out of ideas. Can you give some ideas or concepts?

Give a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day.
Set a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
I have 3 but I need 4. The first game is where the player is given snowballs to shoot the skeletons off their side of the arena while you avoid being hit by their arrows and get knocked off and ending the game.
Second game is where the player is given a shovel that has knockback enchantment on it. After a few seconds, Monsters start to spawn holding the same shovel. You attack the monsters to knock them off the platform and avoid being attacked.
For every monster knocked off in game 1 and 2 you get items.
The third game is simply based on luck. You will be teleported to a small room with 2 buttons. One button will end the game and the other one will give you prizes and you get to play another round. Every round is random and you cannot tell which button is the right one. The amount of prizes won will increase until you lose.
I still need one more game to finish the map and start testing it but I'm out of ideas. Is there anything you can contribute?

Shooting range- There are wooden buttons behind doors that (semi-)randomly open and close. You need to shoot all the buttons (within a time limit?).
Balance/timing/parkour game- Try to jump across the deep hole on the blocks... but pistons are pushing/pulling some blocks, so you need to have good timing.
Shoot the chicken!- chickens (from dispensers) fall from above- you need to shoot them. If any get to the floor, they trip tripwires or pressure plates, and Game Over.
1)A game where the player has to guess which type of mob is behind a wall. Dispensers shoot random assigned mob, the right corresponding button gives one point. lava kills mobs when finished.
2) Pig racing
3) Minecart minigame. A certain combination of levers need to be switched for a minecart to go from point A to B
4) Whack-a-mole of sorts with redstone lamps and pressure plates. Or pistons.
5) A game where zombies pop up randomly from behind various barriers. Villagers are intermixed, and only your quick reflexes will save them. Snowballs instead of arrows for quick shooting.

A set of piston-operated blocks, the player has to jump from one to the next or else lose. The catch: "piston-operated" means the blocks move up and down periodically. The minigames I made in singleplayer creative mode are a bit "extreme" such as being shot at by arrow dispensers while the ceiling and floor periodically crush you, dealing some suffocation damage. Maybe a memory game? Players see a set of levers and have to remember the direction they point for like a minute and a half, then go on a mine-cart ride which, if they hit the right levers, takes them to their goal, and if not, they get game-over. I dunno if that is possible since I haven't tried it, but if I do, I'll get back to you with the outcome. A thought to make it more complicated: there are dozens of different levers, and only 5 are the right ones. You have to tell by which blocks they are on top of.
Actually, it's been done before. Google minecraft duck hunt chickens for links to videos and such. but those are mostly 'full games', and I'm sure it could be adapted into a mini-game.
Some one else mentioned a 'Minecart minigame', which gave me this idea- you know those puzzles where you need to turn on (or off) all the lights by clicking on them, but when you click one, it changes the state of the ones to the north, south, east, and west, too? (Like this: http://www.logicgamesonline.com/lightsout/). How about something similar for mine carts?? Pressing a button to switch a track the right way (so the cart doesn't drop into lava or something), will also set the neighboring switches the wrong way. So, you need to analyse the pattern and keep pressing buttons to keep the cart on... er, track.

The only problem about puzzle games is that it's the same puzzle every time. Players could simply master it and win all the time. Do you have any ideas on how to make this random each time you play it?

Not really. I did have an idea for a kind of 'Minecart Plinko' game. Imagine something like this-
But with more levels. And each curved track section is flipping back and forth, semi-randomly.* The player needs to press a button to release a cart at the top, trying to get it into a specific output track.
*the semi-randomness is provided by a linear feedback shift register. It actually cycles through the same set of outputs over and over, but it's close enough. As wikipedia puts it:
The initial value of the LFSR is called the seed, and because the operation of the register is deterministic, the stream of values produced by the register is completely determined by its current (or previous) state. Likewise, because the register has a finite number of possible states, it must eventually enter a repeating cycle. However, an LFSR with a well-chosen feedback function can produce a sequence of bits which appears random and which has a very long cycle.
Instead if a plinko game I made a minecart shooter out of it. Tracks will flip back and forth to make the game random.
Here's a screenshot of my progress
Carts will come out of each of the four holes at the back.
Add a few sensor rails, so that the closer the cart gets to the front, the fewer points it's worth. ie: if you break it before the first sensor, you get 4 points, if it passes the first sensor rail, you only get 3 points, if it gets all the way to the front section, you only get 1 point.

Hope this helps.
Thanks! I like this.

The player will go to the far left every time, by looking at the tracks you can telll.
Unless you somehow have redstone underneath the regular minecart tracks, changing the direction of the tracks.

How about a 3D maze with multiple levels?
