Have you heard of the new Redtonse forum, I've heard that it is quite cool!
Thanks Michael. Perhaps this thread, or an updated one could be made into a sticky there. It seems to be a very fundamental resource regarding the subject.

I'm currently working on a button 7-segment display. That way you don't have to remember to turn off levers every time. But it's quite large atm. Maybe when I finish it you can make it a little more compact... ^^

An array of 11 vertical RS NOR Latches would do it. It would be similar to the minecart destination selection system in the World of Redstone V1.1.
I remember you! You're the guy with the train stations on youtube! Hmmm... although I understand redstone well enough, and I am the best on my server, I've been teaching others how to use redstone. As I get into the intermediate stuff, it gets more difficult for me to teach, not because I don't understand, but because I suck at teaching. So I'll be taking a look at your world to see what I can learn.

Yup, that's me! If there's intermediate topics that you think could benefit from a tutorial video, please let me know. My most popular videos are on topics with which people are struggling.

Yeah, I made 10 "cells" for each number, each one consisting of a reset part and a RS NOR LATCH part, So when I press the button, it resets all of the RS NOR LATCHES and then triggers its own.
I'm pretty sure there is a simpler way to doing this, but I made this without looking at any diagram. :biggrin.gif:
I just need to link the inputs to the display and I'm done. Also, I made the display quike organized if you look at it by parts. Maybe someday, if this desing gets improved, I'll make a tutorial. But for now, I'm linking the display.
EDIT: Oh yeah. Now it's finished. Uploading it now.
EDIT 2: Uploaded. Also, I made the display by myself, I didn't copy yours. But you had a pretty good idea for linking the inputs to the display, so I applied the idea in my display.
Love the map- especially your self-resetting repeater clocks.
But I feel as though they were missing the simplest of the self-resetting devices.
Something powered by a simple pulser to the side of any repeater in a repeater clock- something like this:
The pulser takes a few seconds once the chunk is re-loaded to start up, but so do torches.

Quite so. Just last week I added that to the next version of the World of Redstone. I suppose I didn't think of it because I dislike the sound of torches burning out.
The whole clocks section is going through an overhaul. The 1/1 clock can be much simpler, and it's not really a 1/1 clock anyway. The whole clocks section will have a major overhaul in the next version.
It's been a while since 1.4, any chance of a half finished version? or are you close to finishing the piston based changes? It would keep this thread alive.

Made a better 7 Segment Display, with all of the inputs possible and lots of reset buttons. You start with a map and infinite golden apples, just for safety. I also made the display easier to see and the space between the inputs smaller. And now with colored wool! :biggrin.gif:
Yes, but... in a while. I have a lot of work to do on it.

Definitely!
And to you TaviRider; The Minecraft World owes you a debt of gratitude! Absolutely Fantastic! :smile.gif:

Cheers, great work!

I was counting using Roman numerals, which don't have zero.
Or something.
I'm working on version 2.0 right now.
Now a question: I built a mux/demux?

That's what I'm working on: a whole new World of Redstone, and tutorial videos for each section.
