Is there a way to place signs? It would be really handy to be able to leave myself little reminders on if the wire is input/output, a lock, where it comes from, where is it going, what the plans for it are and/or why it runs this terrible course through the circuit. Should I a this schematic to someone else it I'd use it for instructions.
I've found every other block I could ever need but no signs.
Actually, I was thinking the same thing myself recently. I'm planning on adding them into the next version. (I'm not sure where I'll fit them in, though. Them and minecarts. :huh.gif: )
On another note, I think I've figured out why it is pressure plates don't work in loaded schematics! If I'm correct, it is actually because I set the spawn point outside the schematic and due to the lack of a particular piece of code I disabled for technical reasons. Changing the spawn point to inside the schematic should fix things! Unfortunately, I can't compile and test until next week. I don't have my coding computer. :sad.gif:

I dont have modified names. And i dont have test if it work in my home folder but i think this will make the same error message.
That's really strange! At first glance I would've thought your installation of v1.9 would have crashed. Would you mind reinstalling v2.0 from scratch for me and telling me if it crashes again? I made no changes to the launcher between the two versions, so I see no reason why your installation of v1.9 should work in that directory while v2.0 didn't work in its directory. Luckily when I get back to school Monday, I'll have some Macs to test on, so I'll be able to troubleshoot myself.

Hey AJ. I'm 4onen, an avid redstoner. I started a new scematic, contracted all sides to 1. I removed the one stone block on top of the bedrock, then tried to expand west 15 and got a crash! unfortunately the crash report does not seem to have copied correctly so I cannot display it. It had something to do with the normal minecraft classes and the contract right command. I may have tried to contract from a size of 1X1X1 but I'm not sure. Error handling bug?
I'll post the crash report if it happens again. Up until now it functioned fine. since it was a new schematic I didn't lose anything but it may be really bad for advanced redstoners making complicated things... just saying.
EDIT: using ver 2.0 on minecraft 1.7.3 freshly downloaded
If someone goes back in time and kills their grandfather, the original timeline will pause, like a background process calling a method. The method will run until it is returned to the original timeline. As such, if the time-traveler goes back to his future, he will be paused, making the new method run until someone goes back and saves his grandfather, triggering a NEW method!
Hey guys! I'm back (finally)! Gosh, the first week of school is always really hard. I had time to code this weekend, though, and I've gotten most of the bugs fixed (Pressure plates AND shaky pistons!). Minecarts and signs have been added. It's just about ready for a release; I'm just working on a little surprise for you guys. When that's done, it'll be packaged up and ready for you to use! Until then!

Hey everyone! I'm sorry for being idle for almost a month; the "surprise" is taking a lot longer than I expected. I'm not going to be able to finish all of it, but the most important part is done. I'll release it to you guys as soon as I can get the d*** thing to compile!
Unfortunately, it looks like with the heavy school-load put on me and the college applications I have to do, I may not be able to look at this again for a very long time. And, of course, that means I won't be able to make that tutorial video, either. After I release v2.1, I won't be active on this forum until I have more free time. That won't be until December at the earliest. It also means that the simulator will be stuck working with Beta 1.7 until then, as well, as I don't have time to update the mod to Beta 1.8. I'm really sorry! I'll try to get v2.1 released by the end of the weekend, but there's no telling whether I'll actually find the time to do so.

This is the single best RedStone application out there, and is already far enough ahead of them that just keeping it updated will keep it lightyears ahead of everyone else. Thank you so much for this great engineering tool.
