I am building a semi-automatic wheat farm. I have followed two different youtube videos that were almost the same (the second one just being a compact farm). They are basic- button, redstone, to dispensers with water, water dumps on crops and crops fall into hoppers and into crates. For some reason both times that I built the farm it is not working correctly, which is why I'm here. I will attach a picture, but basically, the right side of my farm never gets water dumped when I hit the button. Mean that the crops and seeds never make it down towards the front of the farm. There is a water bucket in all of the dispensers, I've check 100x. There is redstone behind all of the dispensers.
I'm open to any and all suggestions. I'm also open to setting up a time for someone to teleport to me and trying to see what's going on. I'm currently playing on Survival 1 LemonCloud server.
Yeah, what Palin says, you could take out the last dispenser temporarily and put a redstone lamp in; see if it lights up when you push the button, if not, power not reaching.
Could probably do with a screenshot of your redstone circuitry as well.
If you just lay redstone dust behind them it won't connect, it needs to be running into them which may require repeaters when they are so close to each other.
Thanks for the quick replies I really appreciate it! I do have a redstone repeater on the side (see picture). I added a few more pictures so you can see what the side view and back view look like. I tried adding a redstone repeater to the back (even though it's less than 14 blocks between them) just to see if that was the issue and it performed the same as pictured above. I still cannot get the right side of this to work.
So I moved the blocks around a little bit. Made sure the redstone was all connecting to the dispensers. Added a few repeaters. I have tried it with 8 repeaters, I have tried it with less (as pictured). Each time I'm getting the same result as my original picture where the right side is not getting water.
screenshots are not working on my computer... that's a whole other issue. F2 does not work, but thank you
You can change the key in the settings.
As per the farm, in the last screen you can put a button on the rightmost woodblock (the one which is one block higher than the others) and see if clicking it activates all the dispensers. If not, but the redstone activates, there could be some limitation server-side. In this case replicate the farm in creative mode in singleplayer: if it works there you can understand that the problem is server-side and so you can read the server rules and/or ask the server admins for advice.
Here is my best recreation of the farm which is the first picture. This was done in single player creative and worked fine. On the server, I had to do some engineering but I was able to get a wonky redstone design to work, which is the second picture. If you have any questions, lemme know and I can help you out!

Do the redstone get powered enough to reach those dispensers? Maybe you have to add some repeater on the way from the button to the dispenser line...

Mintutor now works in 1.13!
MrKite & Mc_Etlam ... I salute you!
Does all the redstone light up?
How is it connected to the dispensers?

Just testing.

Any ideas?? I'm getting so frustrated
You can take screenshots with F2 btw...

if F2 is bound to something else try holding shift and take a screenshot as for the other problem im not really sure
My best guess would be that the power is either getting cut off here, or you are running out of signal strength.
On lemoncraft, the redstone is a bit wonky. I posted above the difference between creative and the server.
