/summon armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Invisible:1b,Invulnerable:1b,NoGravity:1b,Marker:1b,CustomName:'{"text":"insert your floating text here :D","color":"add a color here"}',CustomNameVisible:1b}
Now i need to get rid of it...
