Fancy doors for your house, hidden crafting table or chest, retractable lights, mob traps, secret doors flush with the wall... You'll think of something
For the first time in a survival world, I have found slimes and created sticky pistons. I have about 10 of them. What should I use them for?
Mini-farms: cane and pumpkin/melon being the easiest…
Using a few slimeballs to make leads may also be very useful, particularly if you've yet to acquire a full suite of animals…
Given that you are asking, I'm assuming you don't do much with redstone (at present), but both sticky pistons and slime blocks are highly useful for a wide variety of more complex builds…
You may also want to look into creating a slime farm (the slime chunk version often gives higher output, but the swamp versions are also useful). [You've not indicated whether you found your slime in a swamp or slime chunk…]
If/when you have access to nether quartz, a stone/cobble generator can be helpful if you're still in the early stages of world development (although the cobble only generators are 'good enough' until you have continuing access to silk touch)

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
