Like, lets say theres three redstone lamps side by side and you want to power the middle one. You have redstone connecting to that centre one, and the redstone isnt touching the other two lamps, but when you turn the redstone on it powers all three lamps rather than just the targeted one. Can somebody explain to me how to make it JUST turn on the middle one? It's messing with my whole project! I have tried everything honestly, and no success. And it does the same thing with other stuff like note blocks. If you don't understand what I'm saying, heres a photo.

That's how redstone lamps work. You can instead separate the lamps or place the wires one block higher than the lamp.
Instead of running your redstone directly into the lamp, run it into a solid block adjacent to the lamp.
You can always use double NOT gates:
