You are giving invisibility for 10 seconds in your command. I did something similar recently, and I found that using a one second invisibility works well. that way when the player isn't crouching it makes them visible in just a second.
Also, you might want to use the newer sneakTime stat. That way players don't have to move to be invisible.
Spawn mob then trap it, look at it then type /kill, then hit tab so it shows its entity tag, copy the entity tag but DO NOT hit enter, delete the entity tag and delete the rest of the command.
command:/scoreboard objectives add Filler(find something other than the sneak time)
Command: /scoreboard players add (entity tag you copied earlier) Filler
Command block: execute if score @p[name=ReapertheRammer] Sneak > (entity tag you copied) Filler run effect give @p[name=ReapertheRammer] invisibility 1 255 true
Command: /scoreboard player set Filler 1
Command block: /execute if entity @p[scores={Sneak=2}] run scoreboard players reset ReapertheRammer Sneak
I created these instructions myself and its an adapted version of what you guys thought of for 1.16.5, hope you'll be able to use it now
/effect @a[team=R1,lm=10,score_R1_min=1] 14 10 0
/scoreboard players set @a R1 0
With these though everyone that is in the team (R1) has a constant invisibility, the objective works correctly.
The R1 objective is set back to 0 after sneaking but the invisibility effect remains on the player for a constant
9 seconds as if the clock does not care that the score_R1_min=1 and keeps applying the effect.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you, I just tried that but unfortunately it's happening still
I guess i'll just exclude this unless there's something else anyone knows how to do.
Sorry everyone I found a fault in my coding -__-
In the command block
/effect @a[team=R1,lm=10,score_R1_min=1] 14 10 0
after R1 i had a - instead of _
but the invisibilty still applies to all teams anyone know if you can direct an objective solely to one team?
