I've been trying to give a blaze rod sharpness 10 and knockback 10. However, the limit to sharpness is 5 and knockback is 2. I've encountered 2 problems here. First, by using the enchant command on a blaze rod I'm told that it can't be enchanted. Second, when using the same command on a diamond sword, I'm told that sharpness 10 is too big and I'm only permitted sharpness 5 or below. Is there any way to bypass these restrictions?

how do i do multiple enchants? like /give cactuscartoon47 minecraft:elytra 1 0 {ench:[{id:0,lvl:100}]} but then wat for the second enchant?

The ,{id:#,lvl:#} group is repeated once for each additional enchantment.
eg. /give >playername< diamond_pickaxe 1 0 {ench:[{id:32,lvl:5},{id:70,lvl:1}]} will give >playername< a Efficiency5Mending Diamond pick.
id= enchantment id (google them)
