Reversed textures are a bug.
Once I saw a village and I ran to it. Saw many reversed glass pane textures, but I didn't notice the others, 'til I managed to see the Stained Glass.
Btw. the 'bed bug' is only on the left side. The right side is still correct. The other problem with the bed is that when you sleep in it you sleep in the floor and not in the bed :-p
So I placed a bed in a house I made... one side of it is normal, the other side looks like this:
And yes, I removed and replaced the bed just to make sure.
Yea i noticed that bug... I just continued playing than when i saved and played again the next day bed was normal. Small bug nothing to worry about. Witches on the other hand "RAGE!" STAY IN YOUR DAMN HUTS!

It's just a texture bug, that's not "serious". If the bed didn't work, THAT would be serious.
