Im sure everyone reading this knows of the new world height(Change from 128 to 256). In the nether, if you didn't know, there is bedrock on the ceiling at layer 128. Now this wasn't an issue until the world height was change. Because the bedrock is still at 128, half of the nether is unusable. I know for a fact that the world height is active in the nether, because mushrooms spawned on top of the bedrock ceiling and I could place dirt on top of it.
Will that be addressed in any way? (Change in nether generation)
The texture pack is in my signatureAlso I didn't put this as a bug report, because I don't see it as a bug.
Yes it will be adressed. Breaking bedrock in creative mode will be nerfed in the next update along with villagers will start dewspawning......

Is anyone saying same-sex couples can't love each other? I love my children. I love my friends, my brother. Heck, I even love my mother-in-law. Should we call these relationships marriage, too?" –Rick Santorum

Nobody said that!
Please stop spreading misinformation, especially misinformation that is as nonsensical as this.
Most likely, the Nether will not be allowed to generate above the old height limit
because it would require too much terrain to be state-saved, causing major lag.
It would be more efficient to shorten the world height in the Nether,
or have nothing spawn above the old height limit.
TBH, what's wrong with this? It's the perfect nether flatland, since there isn't one, and doesn't bother people in survival.
I expect this to be fixed, but nothing is wrong anyway.
Quick question: If I delete everything in 'World/DIM-1/regions', will my Nether regenerate? I have nothing to lose doing this, and I recently noticed MCEdit hasn't updated to work with Anvil yet
My question, because I'm at work and too lazy to try it out myself is.... what will happen if you place a portal in the overworld above y=128? Will the nether portal still spawn below 128 or can they appear on top of the bedrock ceiling?
