as of 20w21a guardian are not spawning at old monuments or new ones. only Elder Guardians. anyone else having this issue???
Yes! Im having the same issue, all my guardian farms are broken and i loaded in some new monuments on a creative map, same thing
This is a bug of 20w21a (MC-184740).
Hopefully it will get fixed in the next snapshot.
its still broken after the snapshot update, my pillager farms started working again though
Any luck yet? Im still have no spawns
Prerelease 2 spawns and respawns guardians in both old and new monuments for me.

well ive done a ton of testing on this. It completely broke the 2 guardian farms I had. If i reload the seed they work, but somehow the update killed my 2 farms, looks like im gonna have to make another
