But someone said that Panda and Bamboo update are only applied In China Version of MC JE. That's quite bad if it become true -.-
I don't know where you got that from, but it's complete and utter . Java Edition is Java Edition, and there aren't "China version of MC Java"
Mojang (and Microsoft) asked Chinese people playing Minecraft what they would like to see added to the game, and they voted for Panda's and Bamboo.
Chinese players play the exact same version of Java Edition the rest of the world is playing. Mojang isn't big enough to make 2 different versions of same game for different parts of the world. If that would be the case, they wouldn't of revealed them in Minecon Earth, as it would of been redundant to do so.
I like to said: You'r Wrong to said that Minecraft is same as China Version one, but it's actually different, not same as the 100+ million copies , but a new one. And It just announced in last year.. The China version of Minecraft will still receive same updates as what the original version of Minecraft received but not completely sane.
As the biggest different to know which one is China One or The Real One, one is the languages and another one is price.
China version of Minecraft is priceless and you need a NetEase Account (网易账号) to do some purchases and other's game uses (to save your account) like Rules OF Survival (ROS) and 永远的7日之都.
As Conclusion, China Version of Minecraft actually have.... Dude
Whether or not there's a China version, it's still nonsense to say that bamboo and pandas will appear only in it. Mojang would hardly have revealed them at Minecon, generating so much excitement, only to whisk them away.
Also, 'priceless' in English means the exact opposite of 'free'.
The game is becoming more diverse, something I can 100% get behind. We don't have nearly enough information to see how the new villager/pillager mechanics will work out. Scaffolding is something we've been asking for for ages now. Yes jungles are rare, but requiring bamboo will just make it more of an incentive to locate a jungle, driving the need to explore. All these new mobs: Pandas, foxes, etc. They're bringing life into the game. Aside from your typical passive mobs and wolves, there's not much to Taigas. Same with jungles, minus the wolves. We have a foundation for the update, but not any specifics, so really all we can do is wait for snapshots.
I cannot wait for the new stairs and slabs. That's the most important thing for me. I remember tyring to craft stairs from diorite in 1.11.2, when I started playing. It was not possible. I was kind of dissapointed, since I was building the diorite tower. Ended up using wooden stairs instead.
My need for these still remains. Logically, there is no reason why it shouldn't exist. And I can finally make entrances to imperial region nice with granitum slabs. Walls from granitum are the best.
That's why I'm looking forward to 1.14.
Now, I don't expect it arriving any time soon. They say in 2019 Q1. For me it means somewhere in april 2019. Call me right or realize how it was with 1.13. :-)
This is such a great move! This allows many more people to think about the problems of minecraft and contribute to the product. Perhaps this is what they need to solve the performance issues that people have had. Perhaps that's why they are making it open source.
I'm not sure where exactly you read that they're redoing the render engine, I may have missed it, but from what I know, that's already what they did in minecraft 1.13 along with the rest of the game.
Just a reminder people, this is a thread for discussing the news and updates of Minecraft 1.14, not for general complaints about Mojang development speed or quality or the size of previous releases.

The Java team will be opening up more libraries soon and we'll update this article when they do. One library under consideration is Blaze3D - a complete rewrite of the render engine that we're aiming to implement for 1.14.
I wish I could participate with the cat contest, I have a very beautiful grey stripey little kitten, but I don't want to make a twitter, facebook or snapchat account.
Nevertheless, my other cat will already be added to minecraft, because I've got the sweetest black cat with shiny yellow eyes, so that makes up for it I guess.

I like the loom, I think that is a cool idea to separate dying banners from the crafting table. I like the new flowers. I gotta say I'm very much let down by the fact that there are not yet any concrete or terracotta slabs and stairs.

I am kind of confused about feeding pandas bamboo. It seems like if I switch to bamboo in my hot bar, and try to feed it to the panda, there will be hearts. If I go to feed them another piece, they will just start munching on bamboo with no hearts. Obviously the behaviour is not complete yet, but I'm wondering if you will either be able to tame pandas or breed them since I have gotten a flash of hearts, but only for a sec or so. Maybe bamboo heals them.

Pandas are breedable. They even have their own unique "genetic" system, with dominant and recessive "genes".

Well, at one - historical - point there was a "Dirt Slab," so in any case count-on needing 1 1 /2X more Chests, to Store all this stuff in..! If new stuff and Slabbed perhaps-older stuff, comes /returns.

Check the Wiki for this. They need I think it's 8 Bamboo, Blocks /Planted, nearby (proximity to Bamboo, possibly-Growing still as that would count - of course - as much as not-Growing, as Bamboo, Blocks), not just being Fed it, to Breed.

Thumbs up to you, Mojang.
I'm not sure if some of the Java code being made open-source exactly qualifies as 1.14 news, but the release also mentions that they're completely rewriting the render engine for 1.14, so that's something: https://minecraft.net/en-us/article/programmers-play-minecrafts-inner-workings

Is there a place to report 1.14 bugs?
Yes, you can report them here: https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MC/issues/MC-137527?filter=allopenissues
