I redeemed mine while walking out of the closing ceremony at Minecon. Wasn't about to wait for them to be sniped by someone trying random codes.
Mine worked while on my iPhone. I signed into my account and left the safari browser open in the background, then just clicked the link in my email and it took me to "Redeem Cape".
I got the email and used the redeem code but the cape still won't show up? Whats wrong?
Mine is not working either. If you figure it out let me know.
Can someone give us some help?

Mine isn't working either. Just takes me to a "change your skin" page.
I finally got it to work. I copied the link and pasted it into a browser window and it worked. Give it a try and let us know.

What you want to do is, Copy the link and open up the link in chrome. (I used chrome and it worked) Then, sign in and you will get the cape
