Anyone here using a Ryzen 3000 series Cpu? If so, do you sometimes see really bad frametime spikes whilst at Hypixel/Mc Central (possibly other servers?)
Yeah I have a ryzen 3700x and I noticed that especially when playing games such as TNT run, when the game starts I get some fps drops and when I join a new lobby I also get fps drops for a little while.
With such powerful CPU's you'd think stuttering issues would be gone by now in this game, but then MC was never really known for having great optimization and efficiency.
Unless there are too many players on a server, if the internet connection is bad or if the hardware is throttling, there shouldn't be stuttering at all. This is not running on a Raspberry Pi.

Please take a look at this thread - Random hitching/stutters in Hypixel? (Ryzen CPU owners) | Hypixel - Minecraft Server and Maps
