So I sent in a ticket a while ago and never received a reply and they asked me to rate the support I received for it. I didn't receive any at all, idk where to post this or how to make this blow up its really sad and unfortunate

Sent them the order number and all my info about six months ago, absolutely no reply until they ask how the support was...
