I discovered about 10 blocks under ocean, that is close to place, where I live, where they can spawn and then teleport out. Reason, I don't want them is because they can steal blocks and place them somewhere else, they already ruined my terrain pretty well. I'll try to light that place, so they would not spawn there and I'll see.
And yes, no pillagers can spawn there Only raids on villagers.
Oh yes, random air pockets in underwater ravines. Definitely an Enderman hive right there.
For some reason, I thought you were talking about the new Nether forests that seem to spawn more Endermen than normal, since their trees look like big mushrooms.

it's not like Endermen are that much of a problem anyway, I mean sure they do remove dirt or sand blocks once in a while but even then because of the wondering traders dirt is pretty much renewable now anyway. Almost any resource in the game is renewable now and there are better and much more durable materials to build houses from.
that's why when I encounter lava pools I just pour water over them, Endermen can't take obsidian, and Creepers can't destroy it either.
But then getting that obsidian is hard without losing it to lava, plus you lose the free light and obsidian tends to absorb light so you need more torches than with stone. I never got why people do this, just block up the ceiling so you can't run into the lava and reassign item throwing to a key further from WASD than Q is.
True, trading and fishing combined pretty much make every important resource infinite.
But when Endermen remove things like crops or water/lava buffers, which can include random Netherack, that's an issue

I consider the risk of falling into lava worse than the odd Creeper exploding, you can dodge Creepers and prevent their spawn with enough lighting which is easy to do with torches. Falling into lava is certain death without fire protection armour or resistance potion, as you will not escape in time.
And you'd lose your entire inventory, something that wouldn't happen with death by monsters.

If you have turned the surface of a lava pool into obsidian, you don't have to lose but 1 block total of it when mining. Just mine out a single block near the pool center which will generally be lost. Pour a bucket of water in the hole and mine away around the water edge never losing another block as the water converts the underlying lava before the blocks drop into it.

Alternatively you could just cover the pool with glass, you get the free lighting and you'd prevent yourself from falling in. Or you could make a barrier around the pool. Saying that though the obsidian is a valuable resource which most players would want to mine. I do deliberately leave pockets of lava in the mines sometimes, but not in pits where I or friends would mistakenly drop into them, if there is lava at the bottom of a large hole I either block it off straight away or douse it with water.

Smart thinking, but barriers can restrict your movement and glass is easily blasted open by a creeper. Guess there is no perfect solution.
Why I have only endermans spawn in mushroom biome? It shouldn't spawn there like other monsters. (Or Am I wrong?) Any clue?
is it possible that the endermen could've teleported to the mushroom biome from somewhere else? either way
endermen are not hostile unless the player looks at them (without a pumpkin on their head), or if the player attacks them
they are neutral mobs and are easily dealt with if you know what you're doing.
In addition, when it rains, because they hate water, they will be gone almost immediately.
You're right though, no monsters should spawn in mushroom biomes, and I suspect no pillagers should spawn there either.
That rule ought to apply to all hostile mobs, if it doesn't, then Mojang should treat it as a bug and patch it.
Mushroom biomes are rare and it's not like you encounter them every day.
and they would lose their usefulness if monsters//hostile mobs could spawn in them.

It is renewable, but I don't like building back my dirt block, when it is missing in the middle in wall on mountain.
it's worse if it's over a ravine or lava pool lol
