i have the same pc since 2011 but i have formatted a few times and changed the operating system from windows 7 to windows 10 is probably impossible but if anyone knows how i can have just one file from my pc from 2011 before formatting i appreciate it
There is no way to recover anything in this situation - sure, the computer doesn't actually delete files when you delete them, just the entries that point to the data, but they will soon be overwritten by new files, especially after upgrading to a new operating system, otherwise it is likely to be overwritten within a few hours of normal use (this article says up to a few weeks of normal use, depending on the size of the file, free space on the drive, and how much gets written to it; Minecraft save files are at least several MB and are multiple files created over time, increasing the "footprint" on the disk).
At the most, you can recreate the world using the original version and seed, if you remember it (of course, this won't restore anything you built, just the terrain/biomes. If you have any screenshots it is theoretically possible to determine the seed, as some people have done, but this requires writing custom software).

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
