I just noticed this setting in "Video settings". I have no idea what it does. It ranges from 3x3 to 13x13. I change it and I see no visual changes. Does it affect biome creation instead of graphics? And if so, what does it do?
Also, how long has it been there? Is it new to 1.13?
This setting blends the grass and foliage colors between different biomes so you don't get a sharp transition between biomes and has been in the game since release 1.1, but only a 3x3 area was blended (Optifine adds a setting that lets you disable it for performance; larger settings exponentially increase the number of points that are blended, from 9 at 3x3 to 169 at 13x13, which must be done for every single block which uses it and affects the time chunk updates take, otherwise it does not affect FPS once chunk updates are 0).

According to the Wiki it was added in 1.13, snaphot 18w15a
Apart from that all I see is a note that the Wiki needs updating to add info about Biome Blend.
Just testing.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
how edit
Options/Video Settings and Biome Blend is the second slider from the top.
If I'm understanding the question correctly.
Just testing.
