So i looked up my seed on a slime chunk finder, (seed is -4011378373635100679) and i cleared out the block (0, 160) to (16, 176), well lit and whatnot but no slimes are spawning there. I'm wondering if it has to do with the monster spawners i found nearby even though they are disabled since i lit up the entire area. If anyone could help.
Most likely it is just dark caves within 128 blocks. Slimes spawns are weighted to be rarer than other mobs, so it doesn't take many dark places missed to make your slime farm inefficient.
Make sure you're standing 24 blocks away, because mobs can't spawn within that area around you.
If you add more floors so that you increase the amount of available spawning spaces, you'll increase the odds of slimes spawning even if there are some dark spaces you missed.
Actually I just looked up your seed on MineAtlas and it looks to me like you messed up and dug the wrong way. You should have went toward -16, 176 on the second set of coordinates unless you omitted the negative sign in your post.
If you did dig the wrong way then if I were you I would move down a couple chunks to that spot that has two chunks side by side and just use the other spot as your afk and storage collection area.

Are you sure you typed in his seed correctly? I just checked it on both MineAtlas and Amidst, and both do indeed show a slime chunk between 0,+160 and +16,+176. There is also another one diagonally to it that's between 0,+176 and -16,+192.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..

You're correct of course. I was looking at 160, 0.....I was wondering why he chose a spot so far from spawn.
