I rest my case on endermen. Although when it came to surviving a nuke, The Wither would definitely get top score there. Why? Withers aren't even considered alive, and they're immune to fire of all kinds.
If minecraft mobs were in real life, which would be most dangerous?
So if minecraft mobs were real, honestly I would have to say enderdragon. For one reason, it flys and destroys anything with a single hit, but yet again if were only allowing him in the end. Then I would have a different opinion..

Yeah, except it would be pummeled by atomic radiation, which isn't fire, and would probably rip its atoms apart or change its chemical composition.

Do you see rocks or skeletons being mutated? Show me a picture of a mutated rock. Withers aren't alive! They don't even have DNA to mess with. Atomic Radiation affects living tissue, not bone or anything that doesn't have DNA in it. Withers would come out of a nuclear blast unscathed.

I'm not saying it will be mutated. I'm just saying the radiation (tiny subatomic particles and energy) would damage the wither's atoms.Besides, how do you think radiation mutates anyway? The tiny particles hit the molecules in the DNA, excite the electrons within, and maks the bonds weaken. This alters the DNA. Other, non-living molecules would be effected in a similar fashion. It may not kill it, but it would make it radioactive and weaken its body. Besides, the wither is made of bones, just like skeletons, which come from living organisms. This means it would have DNA to alter, although it may not have any effect on its health (or unhealth?).

radiation doesn't damage atoms. If it did, we'd all be dead by now.
Plus, Withers, while made of bone, are made of dead bone. Dead bone has no DNA in it. That's why fossils exist: Bones are made partially of a non-biological material called Calcium. Plus, The Wither's bones are black.
Don't forget that Nether Star the have as a heart. If they really were affected by radiation, the Nether Stars in their cores would've proven that by now.

If radiation didn't effect atoms and there molecular bonds, then there would be adverse effects from it. The wither is not a fossil as far as we know, and DNA can last a long time (the oldest human DNA being 100,000 years old). However, as my original point was not that it would be mutated, I don't see why we are arguing about this. I'm talking about chemical bonds. Just bonds. Also the shockwave would shatter it.

Have to remember, The Wither isn't some china town pottery. Even a nuclear blast wouldn't destroy it completely (though it would probably loose some parts, but it just has to attack some nearby living things to rejuvenate any lost parts). Also, the wither is THE WITHER! No living tissue of any kind can touch it (because it gets withered). This isn't an argument. This is a worth while conversion we're having about whether or not a wither (or army of Withers most likely) could end human civilization if one did attack.

Not an arguement, true true. But seeing how you can deal damage to it with a diamond sword or anything down to your fists, a shockwave would deal some serious damage.

and when you damage a Wither, it very quickly recovers from said injury. A nuke's shockwave would damage it severely, but all it has to do to recover kill more stuff (which the Wither does very well)
I would have to say that the Ender Dragon would be the most destructive. While the explosions that the Wither makes are huge, the Ender Dragon is the fastest at destroying things; as it can plow through entire skyscrapers in just a few seconds. Not to mention that it's getting a new Acid Breath attack as of 1.9.

The nuke would kill every other living thing in the area, meaning the wither couldn't heal itself until it left the affected areas. As for the shockwave, I need to do some numbercrunching. Determine the force of a shockwave and maybe the force of a sword hit, factor in the withers health, and then we'll see if it kills it instantly.

Okay I've encountered a problem with that. So using the density of diamond (3.51 g/cm3), and the number of cubic pixels in a diamond block (1,000,000), I found the block to have a mass of 3510 kg. Dang. Divide that by 9 (number of diamonds to make one), and you get 390 kg. Multiply that by two (number to make a sword), and you get a 780 kg blade. I'm not counting the hilt. Thing is, I don't know the force that Steve swings it to deal damage. But, if I knew that, I could take the force of that, I could divide it from the force of a nuclear shockwave. Then I'll take the Wither's HP and divide it by the diamond sword's damage. Finally I'll compare the two answers.
The other major problem in fighting the two boss mobs in real life is the fact that we can't just drop nukes ANYWHERE... If a wither was loose in say, New York City, dropping a nuke in it would probably be more destructive (especially in terms of human life) than the wither itself.
The ender dragon , while not directly immune to anything, and lacking a healing ability would probably still be more destructive due to the fact that it takes time to order in say, an air strike. In that time-any matter the dragon touches would be vaporized. And if by some stroke of bad luck, the nuke hit the dragon directly, it would also be vaporized with no chance to detonate.

Believe it or not, the Ender Dragon can only take damage from either players or explosions. Anything else is ignored. Also, they no Clip through blocks while also destroying any non-end blocks

However, though there wouldn't be an explosion, the multi-ton bomb would still do some pretty hefty damage to the Dragon due to the Kinetic Force.
OHHHHHH!!!! I should add the shulker!

I just read wither atoms. Wow.

Hard choice, but definitely Creepers. They're pretty much going to leave the biggest crater in the world.
Guardians would be the ones that would be easiest to take out. You simply need to take cover, and you're done.

either the guardian, wither or ender dragon, because they all have a lot of health and strong projectile and decent melee damage attacks
Hit Counter(Included in all of my media sources a.k.a forum sigs and ect): Since 2nd of May 2015
