dude the ed=ender-dragon is more dangerous ya wanna see a mystical dragon in real life ?
But the enderdragon is sooooo easy to kill. Even with a bow and arrow, a couple hits will finish it off. One anti-aircraft shot, and the Enderdragon is down for the count.
My number one would be the WitherBoss. Despite bullet proofed armour, a Wither blow could easly harm them. The wither will attack any non-Undead creatures, including livestock, wildlife, and humans. And the wither effect would kill humans off quickly. And because of the wither having such a high amount of health, it isn't gonna die won't he first twenty blows of a gun.
Then I vote the Enderman. He could destroy homes, and bases in wars. They likely would repopulate as they die off, keeping a growing population. They would not cause much harm, but with our constant wars and fights, enders would get provoked. They can do quite the hit to anyone, even in diamond armor, like in game. They can teleport off from attacks, sneaking up to stab us in the back. They also cannot get hit with ranged, because they teleport away. But everything has a weakness, If you can catch them without them teleporting, they could easly be harmed by Water, or if you get your hands on any, lava.
The Wither. Unless you can aim straight up with your gun, god help you. And what are you going to do when it hits half health and becomes immune to projectiles?
Just lure the darn thing into an enclosed area like a subway or mineshaft and set up some plastic explosives like semtex or C4. Or you could get a ninja (if ninjas even exist still) and have it slice all three of it's heads off. The only thing that REALLY makes him a pain is his flyign ability. He doesn't fire very fast and when he does his projectiles are easily dodged.
Endermen. With humanity's love for ranged weaponry, we would be very little match for endermen with their ability to teleport out of the range of projectiles. We'd either have to call in someone with melee weapon expertise or just try to live with them. But I'm sure we couldn't, with their grab-and-go fetish. Imagine being a farmer and waking up to 3 craters in your field made by endermen. And plus, humans are naturally curious of things that do not resemble themselves, especially at a young age. Imagine a small child first stumbling upon an enderman and not knowing to not look it right in the eyes. I'm sure that would happen on numerous occasions most of which leading to a lot of death. And then hate would start to grow. Then war between humanity and endermen. This would be a devastating war that humanity could never be ready for, especially with our 30+ years with ranged weapons as our main fighting tool. We would be nearly doomed to extinction. And who KNOWS how long it will take for our scientists to figure out that they are weak to water. We couldn't possibly capture one to perform experiments on them.

What about blazes? Those would be the most destructive, burning down buildings... people catch on fire, cars blowing up.. yea... I'd have to say blazes. But.. Withers for sure.
I would also like to add that guardians could be quite the threat underwater. The have laser beams and could knock the ecosystem into chaos by killing all of earth's squids.

Creepers would probably be surprisingly easy to fight, as they have no way of getting back up if tripped. If they follow the patterns of Minecraft's AI, they won't explode if they fall over. To kill one, simply trip it and kill it from a distance.
Guys, all nether mobs aren't a problem since all of those mobs came from the Nether...there is no way you can come and find them in the normal world. As for the wither...it doesn't spawn naturally, and you need nether resources for the Wither anyway. But Nether mobs should not be a problem 'cause they live in then nether. And if they were to exist in the normal world, the world would be in chaos right now.

They all would cause chaos! Creepers could level cities, skeletons being just bones. I think the wither would scare me the most.
*Siren goes off*
Radio: A wither has been reported in the New York area, please seek shelter in the nearest Wither Shelter Pro immediately. If unable to do so, stay on the lowest level of a building as possible until officials say the area is clear.
Neighbor: Were all gonna DIEE!
Also anything flying would be terrifying. (Ghasts, Blazes)
Withers DO NOT spawn/incarnate naturally. and if they were to, that would be in the nether. And if you DO want to spawn/create him in the normal world, you'd need to go to the Nether to get the materials. And Ghasts and Blazes wont exist in the normal world, if they did though, we wouldn't be lasting very long.

To be honest, in real life a creeper would be by far the most destructive. They would rip the foundations of buildings to pieces, and it'll basically be like having a bunch of suicide bombers, except these creatures are a lot more powerful than a few wads of C4 explosive, and they persistently respawn.
But there would be one bonus.
At least pet cats would be in great demand.

I would say creepers as they are silent and cause collateral damage. Zombies can easily be dealt with and an apocalypse is out of question as biting is a terrible way to transmit diseases, besides they burn up during day. I am not going with Enderdragon or Wither as they are bosses and therefore very rare, the Enderdragon can only be found in the end and the Wither has to be summoned and can easily be dealt with with... say an airstrike. Endermen are not as dangerous as you need to directly look at them for them to become aggressive, they'll actually help natural selection out (stupid people die).
The reason I am going with creepers is because they are numerous, not affected by sunlight or water and because they explode. I would say that most deaths would be because of creepers.
The Wither becomes immune to projectiles when the point where half of his health is gone. Yeah. That includes bullets, rockets, stones, bottles, and pretty much anything that can be thrown as a weapon. We'd have to go back to the Dark Ages and slice that motherfudger up. Or, even better, rig some C4 up to the sides of a subway, lure it in their and KA-BOOM!!!
I'm going with the Wither on this one. Just starts blasting everything around it like a mad man. I would not want that thing running around in real life.

I had a thought, it doesn’t take projectile damage when at half health, but does it take explosive damage? The shrapnel wouldn’t do anything I know that, but what about concussive force?

White coats to bind me, out of control
I live alone inside my mind
World of confusion, air filled with noise
Who says that my life's such a crime?
Trapped in this nightmare
I wish I'd wake
As my whole life begins to shake
four walls surround me
an empty gaze
I can't find my way out of this maze
'Cause I don't care
Fall in, fall out
Gone without a doubt, help me
I can't take the blame
They don't feel the shame
It's a madhouse
Or so they claim
It's a madhouse
Oh, am I insane?
My fears behind me, what can I do
My dreams haunt my sleep at night
Oh no, won't learn their lesson, white fills my eyes
And only then they see the light
