Sad part is my minecraft barely works. I can't load anything below 1.6.4 and can't load anything higher then 1.7.10.
this is how I feel right about now:regen: I have played minecraft since 1.4.7,firework update all the way to 1.8, the bountiful update.
Do not try to fight,well at least not alone, I'm sad for everything were gonna lose,effort,money and most importantly the best game we've all ever played

That's not Microsoft's fault, just ask the people in the support forums and they'll help you out.
Microsoft hasn't even done anything with Mojang, all they are doing is getting a cut of profits and providing corporate backing to Mojang.

Microsoft literally hasn't touched the game, and probably never will have direct involvement with the game's development, as all they pretty much do is provide resources to Mojang and market the game as of what's been observed so far. The purpose of the whole deal was to pretty much add another pipeline of money.
Wow. It's been a couple of months since this and people are still complaining and bickering about this? The deal is done. Microsoft has done NOTHING to the game at all.
I'm just wondering, will Microsft make some way to allow modding across all platforms, or limit it to Windows.
My gut is telling me that it will be Windows platforms only. PC, xbox.. etc

Have you not read the last three posts? Microsoft isn't developing Minecraft, they are just giving Mojang some financial backing and taking a cut of the profit.

If they say they won't make an April Fools joke because they're "serious", then I can only say that's the biggest of lies.

The developers of the game put them in, not Microsoft.
